It's disgusting and frustrating. I have requested the product to be delivered on time, at least not very early but as mentioned onwebsite, that product will be dispatched within 24 hours to 48 hours. It's been morethan a month now, still I have not received my product, my plumber is waiting to complete his installations and other depending jobs all delayed. I strongly advise people not buy any appliances from Mydeal website, just go to your local spend $50/- or $100/- extra with peice of mind and you know whom to contact for any follow-ups.Stop buying products from Mydeal website. I was looking to buy a range hood for my indoor/outdoor entertainment room, jumped on to Appliances Online, saw the product I was after and started to chat on the online chat service and within 10 minutes I had ordered my range hood. I placed the order around 9pm at night and within 24hrs it was delivered to my door.Awesome service, awesome price. Thank you.
Overall, a really good buy. The suction is excellent and the lights work really well too. One small issue we found frustrating during the install was that the air vents are all the was at the back of the unit, so if you want to flue straight up, the flue hats are too close to the wall. We actually had to build the unit 100mm off the wall so we could flue it properly. The other thing which is a little annoying is the vent flaps (which open when the unit is on and close when it is off) are quite stiff and don't open and close properly. We've sprayed them with WD-40 to try to loosen them up a bit, but they still don't really work properly.
Great range hood. The lights are bright and convenient for adjusting.The vent that came with is quite fragile, required stronger venting in our situation. However very happy with purchase.
