I recently bought a couple tubs of the cookies and cream flavour after using vanilla 100% Dynamic for many months. As they were on sale I thought I would give them a try, and I am so glad that I did! The flavour is just beautiful, it mixes well, shows good results as do other INC products, and it digests easily. This is my favourite flavour of protein from INC and overall for that matter, and I will definitely be buying more.

At this price it is absolute a winner. I will keep buying this brand from now on as it doesn’t bloat me or have that after taste that some proteins have. I love it. This item contains gluten! The ingredients are not displayed in the product info and the big tub of the same product is gluten free. Very odd that the single use packet would contain gluten if the tub does not. Good chance that both are wrong and both contain gluten.I gave it to my housemate and he did not like the flavour.

Really good and affordable whey protein. Tastes really good even on its own not just in smoothies. So much value for money especially when on sale.Definitely been a great part of my meal plan and weight loss, good macros and protein content! Highly recommend.
This is a regular purchase for our household. Reasonable price point and good flavour. The sugar content in just over 5g per 100g, which is the highest limit of sugar content for us as buyers. I would of course rather purchase a 100% whey product, but for the price and weight this as an ok substitute.
I have been working out and running for years always been looking for a good protein product. I seen it in the background of an afl club walking players around so looked it up. It’s a good price I got the chocolate and it tastes great I use as a after run or workout fuel and it does it’s job.
I'm 57 and have been using this product for 3 yrs....its a great meal replacement.I find after exercise making a smoothy eg small banana, half a cheek mango, water and 1 scoop of powder does the muscle repair trick.I've had a few injuries over the last year and started putting on weight. Add 1 scoop of INC 100 Dynamic Whey Vanilla Protein and a dash of milk and some cinnamon. That's it! Really. Whizz this up and pour some into a heated frypan moistened with coconut oil. Fry till you see the top lose its gloss and bubbles forming. Use a spatula to turn it over for about 30 seconds. Keep making these Protein pancakes till the mixture is all used. I purchased this product recently and was skeptical about purchasing because of it being an unknown brand thats not marketed like the other big brands. I decided to give it a crack and I was impressed the moment I opened the lid. It had a hook on the inside where the scoop was hanging. Never have I seen this in any other protein. The taste was great and the protein size per serve is more than most other brands. I highly recommend this to anyone and the price is cheap making it a valuable purchase.
