This is our strongest grade of tarps. The industrial strength tarps will give you quality and reliability like no other. Tried and tested in various applications and has performed consistently and exceptionally well. The Industrial Strength Tarp is suitable for: Sustained outdoor use Construction covers Roof Tarps Ute & Trailer covers Farming and Agricultural use Dam & Pond liners Grain Tarps Freight & Transport Fumigation covers Land Fill covers Swimming Pool covers And many more applications The industrial strength tarp is black on one side and silver on the other. Both sides are UV protected and come with a 3 Year UV Guarantee. Often used as temporary construction or roof covers or as trailer covers, the industrial strength tarp is perfect for jobs that require extra strength and protection. Ensure that all the eyelets are secured to distribute the load on the tarp evenly. 2. Rope is applied across the top of the tarp to prevent the tarp from becoming a parachute against the wind. In doing so tie a rope to every eyelet, passing it over the tarpaulin to the opposite eyelet tying the rope slightly shorter than the tarpaulin at that eyelet. 3. Allow for water to run off from the tarp and not pool in the middle. The water will not cause any leaks, but the pooling will add extra weight and strain to the eyelets. Once the tarp has been set up, you can pour some water over it to ensure that there is enough slope provided for the water to run off. Note – The performance of each tarp varies in accordance with the use and type of install. The tarpaulin should be roped over to avoid the “parachute effect”.
