I usually don't leave reviews, but I'm so glad I bought this that I figured I should. I bought this for my two month old daughter to sit in while I pump and do other things around the house and she loves it! We also have a swing that she enjoys, but this is so easy to carry around the house and she loves the vibrations! I would definitely recommend this to others!

My son has reflux and I searched everywhere for a chair like this. Finally finding this at Buy Buy Baby an hour from my home I was excited and my son loved the chair and slept great! After 3 days the motor of the vibration seat died. I called the manufacturer and was told it would take 3-5 weeks for a replacement part. I took the chair back to the store and luckily they had one left in stock. After 24 hours with our new chair the motor went again! The chair is ran on batteries- all music worked, you can hear the motor trying to work and it does not. I changed the batteries and still nothing. I called the manufacturer again and once again was told there was nothing they could do other than order me a replacement part and wait for it to arrive in 3-5 weeks. Nothing for me was broken. It rocked nicely. I could have baby in there when he was sleeping and awake with the different settings. When he got older the hanging toys were a perfect distance and I was able to put his own hanging toys to add some more play time for him. Volume was great. I just took off one star because I couldn't figure out how to adjust the straps for when he got bigger but I just avoided strapping in his shoulder and just strapped him in by his waist. Also the release button was easy to push plus the cover over it had baby with no clue that the button was there. I recommend

I have had this since baby was newborn and now 7 months old. We have used regularly throughout and is currently her favorite. It is perfect angle for having view of room but also just cozy. My baby doesn't know how to sit up yet so in many other seats she gets tired and wants out. This one, she can relax, play and enjoy the view - while buckled in for safety. It has music and vibration. We use these features occasionally. It is really about the cozy seat with perfect angle for us.
I'm not too sure why so many bad reviews if people would just read the instructions. My little one is 6 months and we transitioned from the 4moms chair. We were looking for a lounging chair where baby would be comfortable in and safe. Baby is at that stage where she can twist and turn and wiggle out of previous chair. I read the instructions and hooked up the straps and they are perfect for keeping baby secure. I did not attach the mobile as she reaches for things now and didn't want it in the way. I love the 3 different positions you can have the chair in. Upright seating for playtime/ watching tv and the lowest position for a nap. Best chair for your buck. Must buy.
This chair looked the most comfy of all the chairs we saw and our little one really likes it. The fact that you can also fold it flat and take it anywhere you want is also a plus.I just wish I had read the reviews online before we bought it. Whoever designed those straps should be fired!!!! Our little one started to twist and then in the chair. We'd like to put the straps on, but we can't adjust them to the highest slot. I broke one of straps ends yesterday trying to get it through the clip, then put a ton a ton of gorilla glue on it, hoping it will hold. Still didn't manage to get the other one out though. What a useless design!
It’s not worth buying i just bought this chair last week and put it together today i put The vibration on and it timed out after about 20 minutes which is to be expected but what’s not to be expected is now the vibration won’t come back on the music and nature sounds come on but the vibration doesn’t this is very disappointing. Why have something on the market that brakes after one use and i know It’s not the batteries since the music and nature sound works!! DISSATISFIED
I bought this item directly from the store, got home and put it together. After all of the time spent doing this, I realize the vibration doesn't work. Not a big deal, but my kiddo loves that features on his other bouncy seat (which now resides at my grandmother's). So I take the thing back apart and put everything back in the box to return the next day.The next day I go to the store and exchange the broken rocker for the same one hoping that I just got a bad one. I open the box and apparently someone else returned this rocker. All of the parts are shoved into the box with the the wrapping and zip ties torn off. In my haste, I didn't realize there box had been taped back together on one end. So, I will now have to make a third trip to my baby a bouncy seat! Don’t fall for the “ingenuity” brand.This thing is made with zero ingenuity.For a product made for babies who are notorious for spilling and poonamis, the removing of this seat cover to clean its “plush fabric” is a joke with zero forethought by the designers.Adjusting the straps won’t happen either. Total waste of materials. Makes me sad seeing this kind of ineptitude.
I was gifted this rocker and my little one is only 2 weeks old 8 lbs and he can not sit comfortably in it it has no back support and it’s tucks his chin to chest no matter how I try to place him in it and the levels don’t really “lock in” you pick it up and it just slides all over the place. The mobile just pops out as well. Doesn’t really seem safe we stopped using it. Very poor and cheap design. Personally I think it’s not worth the money and you should just splurge on an expensive one.
