Crunchy outside and tender inside, but a bit high in sodium to become a regular feature.

Fabulous for fussy eaters, versatile, I use it in a chicken Caesar salad, on bread rolls with salad or gravy. I’ve even served it with a lemon sauce when having fried rice for a delicious lemon chicken.

I love the fact that the meat is breast-only, my preference, and I love the coating. I put my little oven on highest setting to get maximum crunch. And on a rack rather than a tray, a lot of the oil drips down to the bottom and means a leaner meal for me. :)Tip: Eat it with coleslaw. Yum!

We love these. I usually put them in my home made chicken burgers. I add bbq sauce, cheese, pineapple, lettuce & tomato. Yummy!
