I was a bit doubtful at first, thinking that turkey breast is always quite dry. This has completely changed my mind. So easy to cook (I did it on my Weber BBQ) and the finished product was beautiful, moist and very tasty!

I was a bit doubtful at first, thinking that turkey breast is always quite dry. This has completely changed my mind. So easy to cook (I did it on my Weber BBQ) and the finished product was beautiful, moist and very tasty!
This pre-prepared turkey roast is an ideal size for singles, couples, small family. Cooked as directions served with cranberries, crispy roasted potatoes and crumbled Camembert, make an easy roast without the fuss. Have had this roast several times, and as a single, provides enough for several meals including salads and lunches.
The frozen turkey breast was excellent for the two of us on Christmas Day. It was all meat, very tender and easy to carve. I put butter and lemon under the skin which was delicious. We had a good feed from the 2 kg breast over 3 days - good value and no waste. I'll do it again.
Great last minute healthy meal, as it's cooked from frozen! By the time you cut up your vegetables and add them, you'll have a delicious turkey roast in 90 minutes. Being boneless, it easily feeds 4 adults. Just add gravy and cranberry sauce!
My family were a bit surprised by the choice of Turkey for this week’s roast. This was easy to prepare and tasted delicious, very tender. My family couldn’t stop going back for more. I would definitely recommend and would purchase again.
I can cook this from frozen or thawed, very handy if I forget to take it out. It holds together perfect, slices thick thin or in between with ease. Great for roasts, sandwiches and salads. No need for deli turkey anymore.
It’s a whole family pleaser and easy to cook from frozen. The meat is super tender and tasty. Team it with a some Parmesan and basil oven chips, a few fresh greens and a couple of packets of ready made gravy and there is a Sunday lunch - wham. Meanwhile, I can kick back on the sofa with the Sunday papers.
Hi - I think it is really convenient and does the job. There is not waste which is fantastic. I think I would prefer if it was seasoned a little more as it was very 'meaty' and could have used some additional flavour to enhance the meat. I would buy this again however I would ensure I opened the foil and put some herbs and P&S and then enclose. I think it would also be something I cooked outside of the Christmas season. However, the most important aspect of cooking the turkey is that it does remain tender and moist.
