Inika Baked Mineral Foundation - Fortitude

I love Beauty Affairs! Such a wonderful stockiest for haircare, skincare, and beauty products. They have brands I can't find elsewhere. Delivery is so quick, I usually receive my order within 2 day and I live in a country town. The customer service is amazing. Always so prompt and efficient. The customer service team is always so lovely and helpful! Can't fault this company!

I love this store. I have ordered so many times in the last few years and have found it has always been a pleasure to shop with them. I love the freebies, discounts and always look forward to my little in the box :) The site is very easy to use and I have found that I have tried so many new brands and have finally found the right hair and skin care that suits me. I've shopped at Beauty Affairs for a few years now without a problem, however last week my package was stolen- at the fault of the courier. I purchased around $200+ of skincare and was completely devastated when it happened, as I didn't think I would be able to get it resent or refunded because it wasn't Beauty Affair’s fault. I contacted them and to my surprise, they immediately offered to resend or refund my purchase, not only that but they included a gift! I have never had such exceptional customer service from any other company in my whole life! I had a very good experience with Lorena from customer support. I was querying the cost of Youngblood mineral makeup on live chat (excellent product by the way) of which I had bought 2. The cost of the item displayed for sale appeared less than the final checkout price. It turned out the sale price was for a particular color but this was unclear on the page. Lorena looked into the discrepancy immediately and after explaining the reason, offed to give me a refund on that particular sale to compensate for the confusion. She was polite and considerate throughout. It’s good to know that such a fabulous Aussie company has such lovely staff!

I would definitely recommend this website to a friend. It is good that they provide assurance like “official stockiest” on luxury brands. That gives me security when making a purchase of large amount. I love the gift card that automatically added to my cart for next purchase! That’s kind of them. You don’t see that very often with other merchants.

I’m a mum of three with a small baby and a child with special needs who as anyone in NSW would know r home doing school.... shops aren’t open anyway and I have been in real need of a “glow up” Beauty Affairs helped me! How? First off, they have great customer service! They’re very friendly and get back to you straight away (given it is within working hours) the pack it and send it and I honestly receive it the next morning! To me those are two of the most important things! I can’t go out I don’t have time to do anything... I appreciate anyone who can get me my stuff quick and who actually get back to you! I just have to take a moment to give a shout-out to the team over Beauty Affairs and this awesome little (perhaps not so little :)) company. EVERY time I place an order, it's always perfect. Great deals and prices, great communication, super-fast delivery, great range of GENUINE products. I can't even tell you what their customer service is like because I've never had need of it before! Beautiful application and finish but why no refills?

I use a tinted sunscreen and this and it's a lovely light to medium ish coverage. Unlike other mineral powders I've tried it doesn't make my skin feel dry or emphasise my pores and fine lines. I use a light application five days a week it's lasted me almost six months so I feel it's good value.I'm an NW25 in MAC foundation and Trust was a great colour match for me.The only reason I'm giving three instead of five stars is that I really wish that make up companies (particularly those marketing themselves as natural/ethical) would offer refill pans to save the waste of throwing the (non recyclable and very reusable ) compact away and for that reason alone am looking for something else that's a lower waste option. Inika baked foundation

I love the inika range and find this baked foundation so nice to use. I’m a drier skin type and so usually powder foundations don’t suit me as they just dry me out even further. Not the case for his one. The Inika version is really light, good buildable coverage and lasts all day. I never feel dry and tight after wearing it. Sometimes I use on its own or sometimes use to set a liquid foundation without that powdery dull feeling afterwards.

Perfect for my sensitive skin

At first it looks like you've put nothing on your face but you have to give it some time to warm up on your skin and the colour will show through. This has a light to medium coverage which is perfect for me (but maybe not for you if you're looking for something full coverage). It's not cakey and it's breathable, it feels like you have nothing on. I don't know what it's like with foundation but it blends perfectly with my concealer (Make Up For Ever Ultra HD Concealer). I have always worn liquid foundation in the past and all kinds of makeup but as I have gotten older, my skin has become more sensitive. I've had to change my makeup routine and wear less makeup so I don't break out in hives or pimples.
