My child has been having this Inner Health since a baby, especially when a course of antibiotics is required. It is absolutely easy to add to food or milk/water. After 9 years, my child now have it stirred in warm water and some times, straight off the bottle. I rely on it fully to help balance and provide my child with healthy gastrointestinal system.A suggestion to Inner Health - the 'spoon' that has recently been included in its bottle need to be longer in length to be practical for use.

Easy to sprinkle on top of my sons cereal. Only wish it came with a little measuring spoon.
This is our go to for our kid's probiotic. Dissolves easily into drinks, or tastes great straight off the spoon
I bought this product for my 2yo thinking I could easily mix it into liquids or sprinkle on cereal as per the directions, but it goes lumpy and hard therefore making it impossible to get them to take it. I definitely don't think you'd be able to get kids to eat it off a spoon as they suggest!I have since been blitzing it into smoothies which works ok, but definitely wouldn't buy again.
We are very happy with this probiotic for our children. In the past we have tried other brands and struggled to get the kids to take a full dose because they hated the taste. With this one I just put a dose in a tiny bit of almond milk and both of my children happily drink it. They call it their “coffee” and they think it is great. Will be purchasing again in the future. So glad I found this one.
