I expected better results from this product after reading such positive feedback. Unfortunately it didn't do anything for me other than increase my wind, bloating and discomfort. It made me quite constipated Possibly coincidental and nothing to do with this product but I noticed rapid weight gain into the second week of taking it. I guess there's always someone a product doesn't benefit. Can't fault Health Post's great service though:)

Inner health plus are the best probiotics on the market. I have tried other brands but noticed the difference, my overall health is great with this product.
After a 3 week course of antibiotics I started taking these. A great product and definitely helping to sort out my digestive system. I had alot of unsettled tummies and felt like I couldn't eat all foods. Very thankful for this product.

I have always wanted to try this out but never remembered to do it. The Health 2000 website is so easy to use with great prices and I got free shipping! I have been taking this for a week or so now and haven't noticed any big changes but I am confident things will be changing on the inside. I would definately shop on the site again as the item was delivered quickly.
I have been using inner plus on and off for a few years now. I always feel better when I am taking them regularly. They help my digestive system and keep me regular which is always a challenge for me. I definitely recommend them.
I have been taking inner health plus for a few years now and it is the only thing I have found to help with the bloating caused from my Irritable bowl syndrome. recently I went away for about a week and didn't take them with me, I suffered the whole time until I got home and started taking them again. They also help for other things like thrush etc....
This is the only product on the market that works for me as I have irritable bowel syndrome (IBS) I have tried others and they don't stack up against Inner health plus. I take it to help with the pain, swelling and bloating in my stomach from eating certain foods.
Inner Health Plus has been really beneficial to me after surgery. I was on strong antibiotics which was causing me to get thrush quite badly. Inner Health Plus has stopped this from happening and I take it every day now as a deterrent of digestion upsets. A great product and would recommend it to anybody.

I bought this product a few weeks ago and have been trying to remember to take it every day, however have gone a few days with and a few days without.The days that I have taken it, I must admit that I can't feel too much of a difference compared with when I don't take it at all. At least there haven't been any negative side effects as yet, and I do feel good on the days I take it, I'm just not sure if that's due to the food I've been eating or if it's down the tablets?Will keep taking it to see if there is any more noticeable benefits!I don't like how large the tablets are - can be quite hard to swallow.
