Innova Health and Fitness ITM5900 Advanced Heat and Massage Inversion Table

Absolutely love this inversion table!! First, it came very quick. I believe i had it delivered in 4 or 5 days. Second, it was super easy to put together. I'm pretty sure it only took about 20-30 minutes to completely put together. Third, i feel so much better after i use it. I have 2 herniated discs in my lower back. That causes a lot of problems with my sciatica and i get the feeling of numbness and hot pokers in my thigh. I do two 5 minute sessions a day, once in the morning and once before bed. If I'm having a bad day, as far as pain goes this helps greatly relieve it, if not completely take it away. This product has been a, literal, life saver to me. I purchased this in hopes that it could help with my lymphedema. I saw the effects almost immediately. The heat and vibrate are separate and the entire pad is removable. Adjusting for different users is fast and easy. With all the extra padding, it's so comfortable you don't want to get off. The padded ankle cuffs are very comfortable and secure. Having the long ankle lock handle makes it easy to adjust especially for someone who has difficulty bending as I do. If I had any complaints it would be the length of the cord for the remote is way too short. I can't see it to change the setting and putting it back in the pouch with one hand because of the velcro. I'm just so happy I found something that helps with the swelling in my lower body. It helps with my sciatica too. Even if you don't have major back or neck issues, everyday stress that causes aches and pain in those areas is relieved by the use of this table. My daughter is a nurse and walks on hard floors all day. She gets relief she normally has to go to a chiropractor to get. She sees the chiropractor much less often now. Putting it together by myself wasn't that difficult. I'm pretty handy, but no pro. One trick I used for 2-different steps including adding the cushion, was to lay the unit on its side. I placed an area rug under to protect it and keep it from moving around because I have tile floors. Because of the weight of the unit and my disability, I have not attempted to fold it and move it. I can fold it, I just don't have anywhere I want to move it because I use it 2-3 times a day. This is the best purchase I've made so far to help move my lymphatic fluids and bring down the swelling.

Very satisfied with this item. We had a Teeter brand before this and this one is honestly better and cost a third of the Teeter version. The pouch to hold the lumbar heat/massage control is lousy, but you can just let it hang by its cord and not worry about it. Ankle lock system is comfortable and better designed than a Teeter too! People who comment about how hard it is to assemble are obviously not too bright or never bothered to look at the pictures in the assembly instructions because it is absolutely simple to put together...much easier than say an Ikea piece of furniture is! Someone also commented that it is hard to move because it doesn't have wheels...lmmfao...FOR A GOOD REASON!
