I've been using this color for several months. Brilliant, good hold, beautiful finish. I use it for my roots and it blends seamlessly. Smell is not too strong and it does not burn the scalp.

I have been using this hair color since doing my own hair since covid. It is odorless which I love, and doesn't stain my skin like most hair colors. The coverage as well is very good! I use the same brand developer, Iona 20voluse my scale and mix it 1 to 1. my product was shipped super fast as well

The iona covered grey well was odorless and easy to apply. I used half 7 and half 7 ash. The color looked very dark while processing but rinsed to a perfect level 7. Hair was in great condition after service. Would definitely use again

L'Oreal Prefessional sent me the iNOA hair coloring set for free to sample because I participate in the BzzAgent sampling program. After sampling this product I will be purchasing for future use. The full coverage saturating formula was great with low to zero intoxicating fumes. Once processed and styled the rich vibrant color was amazing and sealed the deal with my decision making process to purchase in the future.
I used this in July with a low vol peroxide 9, in attempt to colour over very fine long hair that has lightened with each successive box dye Id used in the past. I went up a shade from my natural colour as Id seen recommended and it still came out way darker than expected but gradually rinsed back to my natural shade which is what I was aiming for. It hasnt faded since, Ive been using colour protect products and has masked the damage from the past box dyes that had lightened it. Good because I was hoping never to need to repeatId totally recommend thinking about the developer you use, with regard to the condition of the hair you use it on
Great product. I have been buying it for more than an year from Perfumes of London. Its always good. Colour lasts. Hair looks shiny. No extra greying. Though my hair has grown thinner but cant say its due to hair colour or other reasons. Overall great product from loreal and excellent service by Perfumes of London
This was not the right color. I have been using Inoa 7/7n for a long time. The hair dye was pinkish coming out of the tube and I should have trusted my gut to not use it. It was too dark and too red.
I couldn't wait to get this and try on my clients. I was really impressed with the results. But not as easy as I thought. It worked great coverage was awesome, but a bit blotchy. Not exactly what I was expecting. I would definitely use again. Maybe I need to reread again the instructions.
I am a Redken Chromatics user normally, but this color was just as wonderful. Perfect gray coverage. Tons of shine. Leaves hair very soft. And the ammonia free formula has no negative odor!
