3 of the Velcro ties came off. Whilst there was a slight breeze during the day it was not of sufficient strength to cause such damage. If this product cannot stand the strain of such a mild breeze, its should not be rated as an outdoor product. This product has been used only once and only for about 6 hours, representing a high hourly rate. It will need repairs before it can be used again. I am not happy and not likely to be purchasing again.

This product lasted about 15 minutes when it was rained on. Poles snapped & marquee ripped! Very disappointing on the morning of our engagement party. The frame is not strong enough to support the marquee with any rain on it.

Just crap ,you get what you pay for so lucky it wasn't much . Almost all of the Velcro ties failed ,the roof didn't fit the frame and one of the poles buckled

Package broken due to throwing it over the fence and found broken structure aluminium bars. The link between bars must be locked up by spring pin as it is loose. Corner of the Gazebo tent is cut.In general, the design of the structure needs to be reviewed and the numbers & length of the steel ground nails or helical ones must add to 24 to support.Previous buy of Mercedes was value of money and excellent,the Gazebo was a disappointing purchase in a time needed desperately.Thank youSobhi Takla

Astonishing Gazebo

It is quite easy to put up with of course a little help and ultimately, this is perfect for a backyard party or can be used as a carport. Customer service was great too. Will recommend this to family and friends.

Broke in first wind

My shade broke days after putting it up, it would probably be good for a one day event.... It's almost disposable, you get what you pay for I guess.

Great for a casual Party gazebo - lightweight

We purchased this for a party we held in the backyard (in winter) in order to provide additional shelter from any wind or light rain. It arrived/was delivered very quickly (within 3-4 working days). Packaging was secure and parcel was in good condition. All the poles and pieces are labelled so it makes installation and putting it together very simple and easy. The poles are light weight poles, that is, this isn’t a commercial grade gazebo product where the poles and material are super thick and heavy. The “joiners” (connecting poles at corners) are plastic, which is ok. It was good to know that when we disassembled it two days later, none of the plastic joiners appeared to have split (and we had some high winds). The covering itself is also light weight - similar to a tarp like material, which would be great in summer as it wouldn’t be too stuffy. The thickness is good for light rain, but I wouldn’t rely on it in a downpour to not be damaged (although it would keep the water out). We had to remove the roof covering when we had high winds otherwise it would have pulled the entire structure over the fence to our neighbours (think hot air ballon) even though we had weighted down the poles (like you do for tents). We’ve assembled and disassembled twice now and it is in good condition. If you stretch the roof covering too far, it will start to fray around the edges (just like any material that is over stretched). We purchased the white colour, which still let in some good light but also ended up putting in a canopy fairy light to add some mood lighting :). All in all a good investment and product for the price range, but would recommend taping the plastic corners as a precaution and also extra weights /tie downs for the vertical poles (especially on soft grass or paving). Don’t overstretch the tarp like material.

Lightweight and suitable for afternoon garden parties.

It was not designed for camping. It was ripped to pieces by wind over two days. It would be good for an afternoon party on a calm day. We are camping for 3 months. I was disappointed as I had no way of knowing anything about its construction.

great tempory accomadation.

origionally purchased for camping, found frame a bit light but a usefull item for cover from weather etc. great for bbq.

not strong enugh

Really a pain to assemble/ Lightweight construction feels good when you assemble it, but it is too light weight. The wind destroys it. The plastic joints fail, and so do the this pieces that make up the roof frame.
