If I could be bothered I'd hit them up under the sales of goods act. As they are displaying the base but it does not come with the base. Base is only $25 and we didn't need it anyway so... but

This umbrella looks great. It's the second we have bought. It's actually not charcoal, more of a medium to light grey, which is fine by us. It's quite large and the wooden pole and spokes look a good quality. Very happy with iut.

Bought 2 of these umbrellas for my son and daughter in law for their large back patio.They are extremely pleased with them as they are good quality, look great, are easy to operate with the wind up/down handle and provide excellent shade. We already have one for our courtyard.Would highly recommend them.
Covers large area, steady and firm in moderate to light strong wind. We bought it for our back yard BBQ shade, it covers well and then we thought we might take it to an outdoor picnic and we really made it! Well packed into my Toyota Camry even along side with my son's pram, so portable! What's more amazing is that it covers the whole area of a park large table and bench unbelievable!! And with its strong wooden skeletons and pole, it stands no problem in I would say pretty strong wind!! We really enjoyed the cool time it brings us! Highly recommend it to everyone! It's better and much more durable than the cheap ones from bunnings and Kmart, not alone it's so stylish.
Absolute garbage. Shoddy build quality, it leans, and on its second use the fabric ripped around one of the frame poles of the actual umbrella shade. Totally useless.
It may complete the summer if I can keep it away from the wind. First one of the timber arms broke, then the stitching around the pockets came undone, this was all on the first use. I've repaired it now with wood glue and a fine wood screw, re-stitched the pockets that the arms rest in, but I have my doubts on the rivets that hold the arms in place.
This umbrella which I bought is not satisfactory for outdoor use. The pole bas bent and the joining of the 2 poles is not long enough to withstand any wind and starts to wobble at the join. Then starts to tilt with the bent pole and join and is very, very unsafe. I wasted my money be sure you dont waste yours.
After trying two different brands of cantilever outdoor umbrellas, this one looks like the answer to our prayers! Both the previous umbrellas broke within days due to winds but this one has been holding it’s ground so far, and its been more than 6 months! So if you are looking for a strong umbrella which won’t break due to winds, look no further!
My husband & I both love our new brolly. It is a nice colour that matches with everything else in the backyard, and is easy to assemble. It provides much more area of shade than I thought it would. It is now our "Perfect Brolly"!Thanks Myers---------Celeste from West Aust
