The product is good. The seller is terrible - no customer service. I bought it for my previous house. Unfortunately it did not work for the property this time. I tried to return with NO LUCK. Don't buy the product through this platform. There is no comeback.
I waited on the phone to speak to a person about this product but the unfortunately the operator did not know anything. Home appliances is only the middle person... Waisted my time here.........

This is a really good quality product and at a very reasonable price compared to the local hardware store. We had to cut a hole (~10 cm) to allow for a pipe and it was really easy to do so as well. Highly recommended!

After searching for awnings through various stores, I decided to do a search online, without ever knowing that this was a product, that could be bought via Harvey Norman.I was skeptical at first, not being able to view the product in a store.This product was so easy to assemble and looks amazing. I find it not only to be a good solid product, that changes the whole look of an out door area, whilst providing shelter from the rain, and at the same time, doesn’t stop the sun from shining through. Imable to leave my dog at home, knowing he now has shelter outside, as well as, being able to leave my sliding door open, knowing the rain won’t be able to wet the inside!!
