Having reviewed many air fryers online, reading many comments, and noticing their lack of paper instructions, I chose this one. Instructions were easy to understand, so getting started was easy. It is so useful and quick for meals for 2 and saves a huge amount of electricity as verified by my Smart Meter. Cooking times and temperatures are easily set, and visible throughout the cooking period. I usually line the bottom of the cooking tray with thin foil to save cleaning. I thoroughly recommend this fryer.

He says it's the best thing he has in his kitchen, as he no longer uses his oven. so quick to make a meal when he get's in from work now. I purchased the double basket for our house as I was fed up trying to to get the other famous brand. I am so happy I got this one. the viewing window and light is fantastic feature, as you don't need to keep pulling out the draws to check how things are doing. I did eventually get the famous one from hubby for Christmas but found that there was not much difference in size when it came to the baskets, so he returned it. I have had mine since October 2022 and I still can't find any faults with it. I've not used my oven for more than 3 weeks now! No more getting hot in the kitchen waiting for food to cook longer in the oven! So easy to use, the food definitely tastes better and it's just a case of playing around with the temperature and time. I light is very handy so you can pull food out if it didn't need as long as the time set for. I've just more of the features and I absolutely love the air fryer! It doesn't take up much surface place. Draw is non stick, little or no oil! And only the draw to wash and wipe out and occasionally wipe the area around the element if food splashes when it's cooled down. Love it!

How have I managed without this brilliant bit of kit for so long! I've only had the air fryer a couple of weeks and have used it nearly every day instead of my oven. Its so fast and efficient. I haven't used all of the cooking functions yet but the results so far have been great. The viewing window abd internal light are very handy. The air fryer is a good size for me and my husband and looks great on my worktop. I thoroughly investigated the different brands available and the Instant range always had great reviews. So when I saw this one on the John Lewis website my decision was made. Another bonus is that there's a 2 year guarantee from John Lewis. I would thoroughly recommend this item and have given it 5 stars.
I looked at a lot of air fryers before buying to make sure I got the right one for us. Only been using this for a week but very pleased up to now. It is a bit wider than some models, which I wasn't sure about as originally looking for a more compact model. However the upside to that is the large square cooking area, which is brilliant and more than suitable for 2 people. Very easy to use with electronic display guiding you along. Light feature is very good so you can see how things are cooking without opening. Would definitely recommend.
The design features make it enjoyable easy to use. The interior lights mean ingredients can be checked without opening the drawers and losing the heat inside. The components and parts feel good quality, adding to overall value for money. This model is lightweight, its mail panel is a touchscreen and easy to use. I use the air fryer most of the time and only use the oven for cooking large items. I like so much , so I bought one for my daughter for her birthday and she is very happy with it. It arrived on time as promised thanks to John Lewis.
We had been contemplating buying an air fryer for months but with so many options we were confused. The Vortex Plus just stood out. The glass window at the front with the light option makes cooking food a delight as you can determine how far along it is. The settings are easy to understand and cleaning the tray is a breeze. Absolutely loving this product. In addition, it has saved electricity and helped prepare healthier meals. Filters are easily available and we have only changed them once since buying the air fryer some months ago.

Essentially I needed something to roast a small chicken, crisp jacket potatoes after starting off in the microwave, reheating my frozen batched booked meals and making roast veg and potatoes and the odd cake. One new favourite is frozen croissants at the weekend, six turn out wafer crispy in about 10 minutes. All I can say is, the main oven has been abandoned for the last 2 months and I haven't even bothered to try and get it fixed. This is such a delight to use and so much cheaper, healthier and creates less smell. Being easy to clean is the cherry on top. We are only two/three people using it at any one time, so if there was a big family at home I'd probably invest in two. It's simplified our lives and I highly recommend it. Let's hope it lasts for years.
In love with this air fryer. We were a bit worried because a few reviews says the glass gets really hot and it's unsafe but we never feel it's a problem. The handle is far away and really sturdy. Having the glass viewing panel is handy. Also the fryer works super well, very crispy. Food comes out more crunchy than our previous air fryer. Easy to clean. Would totally recommend this one. We also like that the control panel is simple and clean. Cosori has too many buttons.

I have used the baking option mainly to cook muffins, moussaka, anything that would normally go in my oven which fits in a suitably sized tin (cake tins, loaf tins, Pyrex dishes etc,). I haven't bought any new cookware, just some silicon muffin cases. It fits neatly in the corner, is quiet and heats up very quickly. You can pop the light on during cooking to see how things are going, adjust the timing and temperature whilst it's cooking too with a turn of the dial. Used the fryer option for chips recently (from potato, not freezer!) which worked well but will probably make them less chunky next time.
