Instax SQ6 Square Instant Camera - Taylor Swift Edition

Bought one of these for the square format and that there is only one chance to take a photo - there's no Photoshop to get you out of trouble if you get the composition or anything else wrong. The colour palette is the usual interesting instant-film mix of pastels and pops of unexpected hue, and the lens is adequate for a little 2-element job. All in all, a well thought out, fun toy, and it has the usual instant limitations of metering and exposure control and latitude that make you think about what you're doing.

I love its vintage style and its colors. I love to capture like in the old days. And I use various films but my favorites are black and white. Practical to use and to keep in your bag. I adore Photos are best done in sunlight and the only thing I don't like is the selfie feature.

Such a good camera and same quality as the other instax cameras for a cheaper price. Very light and compact design and holds 10 Polaroids. The size of the Polaroids are great and cute and I definitely recommend. It also comes with gels that tint the colour of the image which is a nice feature!

Since 2019, my faithful companion has been the Instax Sq6. Its durability is remarkable, as it continues to work perfectly. The size of the photos is just perfect, and the different photography options have been incredibly useful for experimenting with artistic and creative approaches. An investment that has been worthwhile in every sense!

Awesome Camera brings fun and joy to parties for lasting memories

Awesome camera which makes larger pictures than other instant cameras. Handling of the camera is easy. Refill pictures are expensive as with any other instant camera. Batteries last comfortably for an entire evening. I bought it for my girlfriend as a birthday present, she loved it!

Great instant camera

Excellent piece of kit. She wanted and I stand camera. This one give just the right amount of adjustments without going digital. The digital sq20 loses some of the excitement that you get from zero preview instant photography.

Is it reliable? Haven't had it that long. Hopefully. Is it a good value? Yes Does it have good image quality? Well, we're talking about instant film here, ha. I don't think it's as good as Fujifilm FP100C. I will never forgive Fujifilm for discontinuing it. But it's as good or better than anything else on the market. Fuji has made film for over 100 years. Well since Fujifilm discontinued their peel-a-apart instant film (curse you Fujifilm! You just want to sell us new cameras!!) few good choices are left. Impossible film which is crappy film in my opinion. I hear the Polaroid name has been purchased and you can get the new Polaroid film and even a new remake camera. I have an Instax wide camera that I made out of an old Polaroid 110 camera and an Instax wide back made for Belair lomo cameras. I wanted something smaller and simpler to use for carrying around. A larger image size would have made the SQ6 camera bigger. And it's already fairly large, 5x5x2.25 inches. Weight is exactly 1 lb with film in it. Mine works great so far. Its all automatic but you have 3 shooting modes, flash (on or off) Lighten and Darken settings, multiple exposure setting, timer, selfie mirror. If you're not usedto seeing instant film images get ready for low resolution.

Read the functions properly.

I bought this a week ago. The only advice I have is read the manual first to assure your using the right function for the right image otherwise youll end up wasting a whole film like me. Now that I've mastered the functions I can genuinely say It's great and I love it! Just wish the films came in bigger than just the 10pack.

Realy nice camera

I was looking for this camera for some time but it was everywhere sold out. Luckly i found it by one of Krefel shops , last piece. Camera is very easy to use and have a lot of options, that other smiple instax cams don't have. Square pictures are much bigger then minis van instax. I find it realy cool to have so many options in colors and designs of photo paper.
