I had initally thought it would be a stopgap CPU until I can get clearer picture of the AM5 pathway in 2-3 years time. But this little beast has been going through all my tasks from gaming to video editing with plenty more to spare. I'm actually kinda confident I will be keeping this for more than 3 years at this rate. Which is great because I only had to buy this and a motherboard as it can still use DDR4 RAM and the CPU works fine with the stock cooler.

Did heaps of research on this before buying so I knew what performance I was getting. Extremely happy with this and its paired with a 3060ti. I will note that I am running with no power limits on it so during gaming it can use around 120watts and the included cooler will not cut it. With a 120M AIO I am seeing max temps of 67C under full load.
