Intex 2×2.2m Inflatable Pull-out Sofa

I've had this for a while. I got this for my granddaughter's (7 & 8) room at my house for when they stay over or when I watch them. They can now sit on the couch and watch TV and have their "own space" and when it's time for bed they pull it down and it's ready to go. Both said it's very comfortable and seems to stay inflated pretty well, but they're tiny little birds lol. My son (26) did sleep on it because he had to stay with me in between apartments for a week and was knocked out every night lol. Only had to inflate it once after about the 6th night and that's mostly because I forgot to give it a pump up before he came.My only real criticism is the cup holders. So far, great purchase! I had been looking at this for a long time so when it went on sale I had to buy it. It’s only went down in air once since I’ve had it which was probably the initial stretch of the material. It’s a little lower to the ground than what I would like, but it’s still comfortable. My coffee table is about 17” tall for reference in the photo. There are three valves on it for inflation so just make sure you have all of them closed properly. All of them work just fine. I recommend that you put like a blanket or a cover of some sort over it just because the material isn’t the best for being comfortable. It didn’t take long at all to inflate it either. Make sure you have your own pump though! Really happy with it so far.

The idea and premise is great, but it needs some design reworking. There’s no way to keep sheets in place—which makes the bed look messy and is uncomfortable for the user. Sits pretty well as a couch. Not durable enough to use every day but it’s good enough for a basement, playroom, or overnight guest. Should come with a pump of some sort. For a few extra dollars, it’d be worth it because there’s A LOT of manual blowing otherwise.

Okay, to be honest, I was skeptical about an inflatable couch. I bought this and the matching chair after my divorce and before I moved to my new house as temporary furniture. It was more comfortable than I thought it would be. Is it something that I'm still using as my everyday furniture? Absolutely not. Will I keep it around for spare furniture for the grandkids to use? Yep!

My daughter moved in a short time with me before relocating to Texas. She had taken her bedroom furniture with her when she moved out the first time with her cheating boyfriend. She left him and do not talk to him and now has moved to Texas. I bought this pull-out sofa and her dog and her loved it. It's everything that's described. Sleep and sits good. She loved it so much she decided to take it with her.

Defective products, poor customer service

1 of the 3 sections that inflates does not hold air. I bought this for a trip and didn’t use it until my trip, which ended up being outside the 30 day return window. The company says they can’t give me a shipping label because I’m outside the return window, so I have to pay out of pocket in order to send back the defective couch and get a replacement. Shipping it on my own would cost more than the cost of the couch on its own, so now I’m stuck with a couch that won’t hold air. Defective product and poor customer service/satisfaction have lead me to a 1 star review, there are no reasons to give them any stars whatsoever.

Don't waste your money, especially on a protection

I didn't get to use this set until this past 4th of July weekend, and have only used the couch and one of the chairs. While it is a very nice set, it did not last very long. I thought they were losing air at first until I read that they stretch, so I gave it some time. I've used them on 6 camping trips now. One trip was 12 days, 11 nights and the majority of the rest were 3 day 2 night trips. By the 4th trip I realized the chair was not stretching, it did in fact have a slow leak in the "frame" part of it. I figured I would continue to use it for the rest of the season since it's almost over anyway before I sent it back under the four year warranty I purchased for the set. I have no idea where exactly it is leaking and I guess just showing them deflated is not good enough.

I would love to have one that stays inflated!

I just received the sofa today and after using an air pump to blow up the different sections; none of the plugs to stop the air from coming out would stay in! The Air just kept coming out of all of the Inflated sections. My son tried and the same thing happened again. The plugs aren’t fitting tightly. Love the concept though. I will have to return this one. Maybe I just got a faulty one.?🤷‍♀️

Wonderful product, but doesn't last

Loved this so much! I wish I was one of those shoppers that got a good one and was now writing a positive review. This is super comfortable, when first used. We made an adapter using our shop vac that made it seamless to inflate. Intex definitely should have installed one for this product for those not so inclined. \n\nI put this out on my balcony during quarantine when we couldn't get furniture delivered to the building, to be able to hang outside. Threw a nice chenille blanket down, put a TV out there. Definitely fell asleep on it a number of times, and debated why I even have a bedroom, other than if I had to re-inflate, (because at the time it was it's only flaw). \n\nIt was then while re-inflating the arms one week after purchase that I heard a pop and when the ... MoreLoved this so much! The way the cup holders are contoured and it being ripped at the seam it is impossible. No fix worked and made it come to life again, so sad. I am convinced that unless you pay several thousands of dollars no patio furniture is as comfortable as this, sucks that it doesn't stay inflated.
