I think the mattress I received is defective. It has a substantial leak. I followed the guidelines in the manual regarding leaks and inflated it two more times. The leak continues. I have used this product in the past and it was excellent. The only difference is the type of pump in the mattress I received which I feel may be contributing to the problem. The other mattress I used had a pump in it that was flush with the mattress and did not require as much movement to fill or deflate the mattress. I contacted Wayfair today for an exchange and they assisted me in contacting Intex to no avail due to the long wait time by phone. The Wayfair rep. gave me the direct number to contact Intex. I will call again and I hope I can resolve this soon.

Best Air Mattress Ever

I have owned many air mattresses over the years for kids sleepovers, guests, and camping, but the Intex dura-beam supreme is just the best hands down. It looks, feels and has features of a classic twin mattress. First ,it has a built-in pump that is as easy to work as turning the knob to either inflate or deflate. Inflation takes about 4-5 minutes depending on how firm you want the mattress. The best part is when its full, just turn the knob and you are done, no trying to close the valve as air is leaking out or having a separate pump. Even comes with is own storage bag. The Intex mattress is great and every house should have one for quests, they will enjoy it as much as we have.

Best mattress ever!!

I’m beyond happy so far! I just got it but it’s just what I wanted. I sleep on an air mattress nightly and this mattress is like a real bed! No squeaks when you move around. Nice and firm even when you sit on the edge! You’d never know it was an air mattress.I’ve had several and this is by far my favorite and is true to its advertisement! It doesn’t sink when laying or sitting on it!I’m can’t say enough about it!I’m hoping it has a long term durability.. we’ll have to wait and see about that but everything else is amazing!! Aces!!

Better quality air mattress

So far appears to be the best quality air mattress I’ve purchased by far. The material is very thick. And you can put a standard size sheet on it. Comfortable. I would take this camping as it’s probably more puncture resistant than others.

I ordered this airbed in July. It look about 10 days to arrive. I need it to sleep on the first floor with my large dog who can no longer climb stairs. At first I thought it was quite comfortable. It was heavy to pick up when deflated but the quality seemed nice. Then after a couple of weeks of using it, it started losing air during the night. If I woke up, I would add more air but it was still pretty soft by morning. After a few weeks of this routine, I woke up in a hole in the middle of the bed and had to climb out. I filled out a return form accessed through my receipt which said I can return to store or print free shipping labels. Delivery, Set-Up, and Performance Good

Mattress arrived as described, set up easy, and comfort were good. The knob to inflate and deflate took a little while to get used to. Inflating time surprisingly was relatively short. Longer-term use of mattress seems to require brief periodic inflation. Good value for the price.

Great

It's worth it. The space in between mattress is deep enough to slip fitted sheet in. However, the flat sheet has too much material to slip under so I took the corners and tied a rubber band around them and kept a tail on the flat sheet. Then I held the tail and tugged it through the space. Then tucked the remaining sheet under the space and it worked great. I laid a thin quilt on top and folded it to tuck within the space. It inflated nicely and quick just like they say. Just under 3 minutes. Works nice and it's a great find.

Great substitute for my Tempur-Pedic!

Wow! What a great substitute for my Tempur-Pedic! I bought this air mattress for a vacation and slept as well as I did at home. Great support, firm, comfortable and the height was easy to get into and out of, even with my arthritis. Easy set-up, breakdown and fold up into the ample-sized bag. Highly recommend!

Wow! Much better than expected!!

I took the Intex 20in Twin Dura-Beam Supreme Air-Flow Airbed with Internal Pump out of the box which was easy to unpack. Instructions were simple and as I had never seen one before, the internal pump was a nice surprise! I have arthritis and was worried about the weight, getting air into it etc. The whole thing was aired in less than 5 minutes!! It is so comfortable and felt VERY durable! Made with strong materials. Deflating also was VERY easy and only took a few minutes! This is a wonderfully made airbed!Only cons are it can't be used anywhere that doesn't have an outlet AND it's not easy folding it backup to a smaller size. Other than these 2 things it's still a great product!
