The Boots online information is just some blurb lifted from the OralB website and doesn’t detail what is actually in the box. Basically you just get 2 toothbrushes, there are no “refill” - ie spare brush heads - the travel case only fits one brush and there is only one charging unit. MoreI really like this toothbrush from Oral-B.I'm used to regular manual toothbrushes, and I chose this brush following my dentist's advice.I especially like the pressure light that changes color based on how hard you push.I find it very useful especially knowing that this is my first electric toothbrush.This model also offers a 2-minute timer, with an alert every 30 seconds to change the brushing area in your mouth.By downloading the app and connecting the brush in bluetooth, you can change these settings and also follow your brushing activity and obtain advice, which is practical too.But the most important thing for me is that this toothbrush has made my 8 year old daughter want to brush her teeth!I bought her one right away.I don't know yet how long the brush head will last, after a month it is still in good condition.I highly recommend this product.

I tried the iO Series 4 Electric Toothbrush and was most pleased with its design and performance.
