I bought this because litter was getting everywhere and I was constantly cleaning it up. The mat works, the problem is cleaning it. I got the larger size so cleaning it has become really hard - and litter just ends up everywhere during cleaning.

This mat is reasonably good at capturing clumping litter. However, it doesn't catch it all. The mat is smaller than I expected. I would prefer a bigger mat, so at least two litter trays could sit on it (I have a four-cat household). I think the mat is expensive for what it is.
I like that my cats started using it when I put it down. It should be a good improvement on the litter scattered floor.
There are better mats out there. I assumed this would be good quality heavy rubber mat for this price but instead got a very flimsy foam like rubber mat. You can't even bend it so when I try to take the mat outside to empty it spills all over the house. You're better off with a less holey plastic type mat from another pet store
