Unlike the other iPhones and MacBooks I’ve owned in the past with durability of steel, I treated this iPhone X like a pampered princess. It didn’t go running with me in the rain, was never exposed to water, never stopped, and had zero screen cracks. Yet somehow it was the only one to go. Apparently this hardware issue is relatively common with iPhone X, but fortunately they seem to have corrected it with newer models.

I absolutely love my new iPhone XS! The battery health is at 95% so it’s practically a brand new battery in here. It’s a very beautiful looking phone and is very responsive especially with the face recognition. That works very well even in low light settings, or if you have sunglasses and a hat on. I was surprised at how accurate that was. The battery lasts all day easily and I’ve hardly had any issues with apps crashing or anything like that. I would definitely recommend this for anybody that is looking to upgrade their phone. The one I got is fully unlocked to GSM and CDMA networks so you can use it for any cell phone provider as long as you have a SIM card which it does not come with. It does come with a SIM tool as well as a generic charger and short cable ... MoreI absolutely love my new iPhone XS! The battery health is at 95% so it’s practically a brand new battery in here. The iPhone XS is overall a top-notch phone, but there have been a few issues I’ve encountered. The sides of the phone are made of Aluminum and it is easily scratched. So a case would definitely be recommended for this phone. The back of the phone is also made out of glass, so if it were dropped without a case there is a good chance a crack could happen. The cameras on this phone are great. There is one normal camera, and another with 2x optical zoom. Both record 4K video, and it looks great. But I eventually encountered the issue of dots appearing in my camera. It’s not in the outside, it’s and internal issue. I’ve had the phone for about 2 and a half years, and it is sadly starting to meet its end. I even had to get my battery replaced recently. Good but not great!
5 October 2022

This is a good phone but it could have been a little better. Maximum capacity for the battery came in at 77% and that's low. It will require a new battery soon but not sure how soon. I'm not a heavy user as others can be with games or music and so this would have been a terrible for them. For me it was just a disappointment that I will get over unless the battery needs replacing too soon. Cosmetic wise and functionality, the phone is great. I have no complaints there. All together, I'll give it a 4 out of five stars.

Good upgrade iPhone 12 Pro Max or older
28 September 2022

If you have an iPhone 12 Pro Max or older, or if cameras are what you use most this is a solid upgrade. With new cameras and more mega pickles(pixels) the details in photos or “crispness” of photos has increased. Battery life is better than a 12 pro max but with always on can be less than a 13. Brightness in my experience is better in direct sunlight. I live in florida and can see a difference now. Other than that everything thing else is software. You’ll get 90% of the update by updating your 13.

Great
7 October 2022

The Apple 14 Pro Max is very much like my IPad Pro, as far as operation. Coming from an Apple 6 S Plus, the new iPhone is light years ahead. Very fast and easy to use. The size is great as my old iPhone was also large. I like the larger iPhone with bigger text and pictures. Todate I’m very happy with the phone. Should last me for many years into the future. I have purchased a case, screen protection and belt carrying pouch for the phone.

Great bargain
10 September 2022

Great phone for the price. Excellent camera. Be aware that refurbished phones will probably not have an Apple battery in them. The battery is fine, but Battery condition doesnt show up in Settings except to tell you that its not an Apple battery. No problem - there are a lot of free apps available that will give you full information on the battery. The battery charge indicator works fine.

Greatest iPhones yet!
22 October 2022

Fastest iPhone to date! Screen looks great and the dynamic island is also a cool feature. Camera is high quality and there’s a night and day difference from last generation. Overall just a better iPhone from the past generation. Worth the upgrade if your current phone is the 11 or older. Or they’re offering great incentives on upgrading from newer models we got $800 for our iPhone 12pros.

I am so grateful I bought the phone from here
2 April 2023

It looks new and it works perfectly fine. No scratches no nothing. Perfect condition. I have had the phone for almost 1 month and the battery is really great and I haven’t had any problems with the phone at all. The description of the phone is accurate and nothing was a scam. The delivery only took 3 days which is really fast. The phone charges quick and the battery doesn’t die as fast. I have put screen protectors on everything as you can see the pic

Upgraded from a 13 mini
6 April 2023

This is a great iPhone. The dynamic island is convenient when playing music and following directions, but not wanting to use the full screen. I get all day battery life and have even got 2 full work days of usage with 1 charge (turned phone off at night tho). Cameras are phenomenal. I strongly recommend getting a screen protector and at least a bumper case/lens protector. This phone is ridiculously good!
