Don't hesitate to order a certified product from Apple! This ipod works perfectly and It was a wonderful deal! I ordered primarily for the hd camera to take on the fly art photos. While it takes simply amazing pictures, I have found myself using just about all of it's features so much more that I ever thought I would! This ipod has made life easier for me in so many ways. I am so glad Apply has added Siri to it. She has been so helpful. From weather to articles to products on Amazon, she has been my personal assistant and has saved me so much time and effort! I have to say I am spoiled now!

Purchased for grandson. He does not have a cell phone, so this was an amazing alternative. Ability to set security limits and no monthly cost was important. Great alternative to teach responsibility. He loves it, is able to FaceTime, take pics, play games and listen to music while traveling. When he called me and said this was the best gift ever, it made my day. He maintained communication with us while on his month long vacation cruise. Everyone should get something like this before jumping to a cell phone. Thank you

This was "Like New", meaning pretty close to new, but it was pre-owned. Whoever had it before forgot to disassociate their iPod 6th generation, that I have now, from their iMac. I was only able to restore 138 songs from the over 1,000 pre-purchased songs I had from a confiscated computer and iPhone 4S from six years ago. Perhaps if I pay for a subscription to iCloud, the rest will come back. Not bad for the price of a Like New iPod; I'm happy with it. Came with a protective case, and touchscreen protector, and everything else it said it would. Great for a child. My 9 year was desperate for a phone, but I feel she’s too young. Although this is a tiny device, she loves it. Apple parental controls are great and I can decide what apps she has, what websites she can visit and who she can FaceTime or text. I also can control how much screen time she gets in a day. She thinks she’s cool and has a “ phone”. Please note that it requires WiFi to access content not downloaded to the device. She’s loaded her audiobooks and music.
iPod was packaged well and delivered in two business days via FedEx. No scratches or indications that the device was previosly used, even though it was ranked as "Used Fair Condition". Battery life seems pretty good as well, considering its age. My one and only complaint (no fault of the seller) is that 6th Generation iPod IOS is NOT compatible with Spotify! I researched forums and without hacking the iPod, there is no way to update the IOS to a compatible version due to the physical onboard memory. This, unfortuneately, may be a deal breaker form me :(
I was hoping to find an MP3 player with the same ease of use as my old ipod which has lasted me over 10 years. (It still works but the battery only lasts about 3-4 hours ) which is still pretty good. However, I just could not figure out the new guy. And there were no how to videos on YouTube, only videos discussing the features. It was only $50 and I liked a lot things about it, but just couldn't figure it out. So I broke down to shell the $300 for this bad boy and could not be happier. If you are shy with technology, then this is awesome. Afterall, if it lasts another 10 years, that's only $30 a year. I can live with that. I do have one caveat. If you are trying to merge this with your old macbook, it may not work. It did not recognize my 2011 macbook. I've had four IPODS over the past few years. Previous to the touch, I'd used nano's, Considering the use, cost, ability to be used with my car audio, the touch is well worth the money. As a usual 5-6 day a week user at home or elsewhere, the cost is comparable to the use. Recent problems with last two were, battery swelling, round bottom home button failure. What I must comment on is Best Buys delivery. I ordered the IPOD a bit after 12 pm on a Sunday. It was delivered to my home around 4 pm, the same day! Look out, buying local just got a heads up over my alternate, usual options of buying online with "quick" delivery. Plus, as I purchased a Total Tech plan with another electronic item purchased in April, this item is also picked up on that policy!
Poor quality control. As soon as I open the box right away, you can tell something was wrong with the screen. There was a small air bubble inside the screen. You can actually feel half of the right side of the screen click when you tap on it I’m 100% sure it’s not supposed do that. I did contact main seller about this issues. I was put on hold never heard back from them??? I wasn’t giving any options to the problem. When a company doesn’t stand by their product I don’t think I would buy from that company again. I wish I was able to upload video so customers would be able to see what I’m talking about
... In my opinion, 16 GB is also completely sufficient if you limit yourself to music. The display is also large enough for short music videos. When it comes to the radio, as described in the instructions, you really have to be careful that the headphones are not mixed up, otherwise there will be a bit of noise. By the way, there are also other headphones for the radio, so you are not necessarily reliant on the ear pods. After switching on, the player is ready for use again in 2 seconds, which I really praise.
I'm still trying to figure out this device. It doesn't detect the bluetooth in the family Ford Escape, using the auxiliary cord to play the iPod through the vehicle, the vehicle volume has to be turned up almost full blast to hear it. I can't use my Itunes account on the app to purchase music. I've got a little bit of a gift card to use up; but the only form of payment accessible is through my ICloud account; and I can't change it. Battery life is "so-so". Other than not being able to figure out how to take off music previously in the Music app (I didn't purchase or download 11 U2 songs, but they're there, nevertheless. There's also no operations manual to download; just a 4-page regulatory pamphlet. other tha that, it's almost another phone; and I do like that it ... MoreI'm still trying to figure out this device.
