I would like to give you my honest feedback on the isk DM-58 mic. When it arrived, I was instantly impressed with the weight, balance and overall feel of the mic in my hand. The quality for money is absolutely a plus!! After plugging it into my desk alongside my beloved SM58 and setting the eq exact, I proceeded with my vocal play. To my surprise again the quality of the mic became clear. I still have to say however, that my SM58 had a warmer, smoother tone picked up by my ears, having compared them critically side by side. As a long time singer/musician, I could hear the difference, but as a first time mic for a first time singer, these mics ARE, as you said to me initially, very robust & a great singers mic for that incredibly affordable price. Thumbs up guys. I ... MoreI would like to give you my honest feedback on the isk DM-58 mic. When it arrived, I was instantly impressed with the weight, balance and overall feel of the mic in my hand. Great mic for the price, sound is clear and went well for practice in loud band room. Only problem was at higher levels it produced feedback much easier than the sm58 we also had available. Am yet to record with this but think it will do well
