I bought this product recently as I was unable to purchase my usual VLCD Coffee Shake.I had read other reviews of this product and thought I’d try it.NOT GOOD! Apart from me not reading the initial instructions-‘add one scoop to 200ml full fat milk’- I initially added it to 200ml water as I had usually with my previous VLCD Coffee Shake. SO WATERY!!! I then followed the manufacturer’s instructions and used 200ml full fat milk. Apart from finding it extremely tasteless I was also uncomfortable to be using full fat milk. It was not a pleasant experience.NOT RECOMMENDED!

I have been having Isowhey shakes for lunch for about 4 years. It fills me up until dinner , no more looking for a snack. I like the taste and very little preparation.

As a lover of coffee I was sceptical but j ist had my first try and OMG. This does not taste like a meal replacement shake. It tastes like a real ice coffee. Totally my favourite. I love Isowhey shakes, they keep me full and the flavour is amazing. Coffee & Vanilla are my favourite. Chocolate is also pretty good.

this product is amazing, can’t buy this flavour in shops anymore so order online. Quick serviceIt does work, i replaced 2 meals a day with a shake and drank water, which i hate, and lost 8 kg in 3 months, now i just have it for lunch to maintain weight, haven’t tried other flavours as i love the coffee so much
I am really impressed with this shake. I’ve had other shakes before - several years ago - but I’m lactose intolerant now so had to find an alternative. I hate soy based products so this one is perfect. It’s a good coffee flavour without being too weak or strong and it’s sweet enough to satisfy without being over the top. Having the shakes for the recommended breakfast and lunch keeps me satisfied as well. Plus they are so easy - great for unorganised people like me!
Isowhey, unlike other dietary protein shakes, contains no sugar. I have used this product as one meal replacement (ie breakfast) and thus far have lost over 35kgs. Exercise and a balanced diet also included of course! I particularly like the coffee flavour.
I am lactose and gluten intolerant. I can't eat cereal for breakfast, toast is out of the question. This tastes great mixed with coconut milk and doesn't effect me, fills me up and I am satisfied for hours after having it. I also put chia seeds and a bit of cinnamon in when mixing too. Wouldn't be without it! My naturopath put me on it years ago and have been on it ever since. Love it!!!
Bought all flavours. No taste. The customer service is bad. No refund offered. Don’t buy this. The vegan chocolate is their only best product. However due to the dreadful service Iwon’t ever buy this again.
Im not a breakfast person, but as brekky is important for your metabolism for each day, I have one of these shakes instead and it does the job. But best of all is the coffee flavour is delicious, not sickly sweet, a true coffee flavour and creamy too. I highly recommend this product.
A great, easy way to make a meal. I use either Whole milk, or Rice milk, if I want it a tiny bit sweeter. It's not overly coffee flavoured, so if I want it stronger I just add a little instant coffee. I always keep a can of Whipped cream from the supermarket in the fridge, so occassionally, I add a small swirl of cream on the top. It feels like a treat but hardly any extra calories. Happy dieting!
