Okay hear me out- is this the most delicious smelling perfume ever? No. But have I ever smelled this clean in fresh in my life? NEVER! This perfume makes you smell like you are one of the most put together people that probably showers like 3 times a day. It’s overly floral- but in a good way! It’s so clean and you can smell it from a mile away. I definitely reccomend investing in the perfume simply because it makes it 10x more recognizable on you if you want a signature scent- or simply want to be the best smelling person everyone knows. A good scent gives a great first impression and I feel like it honestly adds a lot to the way people see me- a put together young girl who smells amazing!

OKAY! I can't believe I am just now reviewing this product as it is one of the only things in my life that I have repurchased for yearssss! Taking it all the way to 6TH GRADE PEOPLE. We had a career day at school and this boy's mom came in and she helped formulate perfumes. Well she brought Issey Miyake L'Eau d'issei and passed out samples and I fell in love. It smelled like a clean, mature, boss lady, and for some reason my 12 year old self loved it. Fast Forward a few years, I never forgot this perfume and bought it pretty much as soon as I could afford it. Fast Forward 15 years later I still have a bottle in my collection. I stray from it every now and then but I ALWAYS come back.

A sample gone right!

Received a different fragrance as a gift and this was a sample included with the purchase. There were actually two samples of the Eau de Toilette. I loved it! It is so clean and fresh smelling but with the heavy floral scents too. If you do not care for floral or sweet, this is not for you. Anything without musk is a must for me. Also, it’s interesting to look up more about the brand; Japanese and very planet conscious and just cool. I ended up exchanging the other scent for this as the Eau de Parfum

Beautiful fragrance and brand

This perfume has such a delicate, elegant floral scent. Online it says that this perfume has "notes of Lotus, Melon, Freesia, Rose Water, Rose, Calone and Cyclamen; middle notes of Lily-of-the-Valley, Lily, Water Peony and Carnation; base notes of Musk, Tuberose, Exotic Woods, Osmanthus, Cedar, Sandalwood and Amber." To me, it mostly smells like a softer version of gardenia or tuberose. The Parfum stays on me for most of the day, but isn't as dominating or overpowering the way some perfumes can be (i.e. Chanel perfumes). I also loved the beautiful gifts that came with my perfume, such as the canvas bag that I use for cosmetics, and the glass water bottle that I use each day. Very nice touch!

Favourite daily perfume

I love this perfume wearing it daily. I was so disappointed when couldn't get it for many months and thought they had stopped producing it. The eau de toilette is just not the same. It is a light fresh scent, which makes me feel happy when spraying it on. In addition being able to buy this refill bottle makes it cost effective.

My favorite for over 30 years!!!!

I have been wearing this for over 30 years! Introduced to me in a small beautify open market, on the back streets of the gypsy market in old Istanbul about 30 years ago. I had been living and working in Turkey and my teaching colleague introduced me to it - it is now on my dresser - and my mothers dresser - and my husbands dresser - lok staple in my bedroom!!!

Nice

Nice feminine scent. I do wish it lasted longer than it does. But, it smells very nice. Compliments pretty much anytime I wear it. Feminine with the right balance of floral, fruit and a tiny bit of a spice I can’t put my finger on.

Not the same product

I have used this perfume for over 20 years. Recently, the last 2-3 orders have not been the same. I can smell the beautiful scent as I spray on but does not linger on me AT ALL. I miss the compliments I used to get from spouse, friends,co-workers and even strangers! Please bring back the original

PERENNIAL FAVORITE

As long as they make this, I will buy it. It’s one of the most beautiful fragrances I’ve ever smelled. Fragrance is like a spring bouquet, but not sickly sweet. Perfect for spring and summer, it’s a floral that smells like lilies, peonies roses and carnations, with a hint of anmber and musk. Every time I wear, and I receive compliments. It is subtle, but long lasting. I try a lot of perfumes, but always return to this one.

Very disappointed

I have used this perfume for many years. For the first time I purchased a refill. Utter waste of money. It has very little scent. It bears no resemblance to the spray perfume I am used to. I have used both directly from the bottle as well as transferring to the original spray. I will not make the expensive mistake of buying a refill perfume again.
