I always aim to feed my dogs a grain free dry food because I've seen too many skin issues and allergies stem from grain.I could not be happier with this food. I was feeding a great oz made and owned food with similar nutrition levels but they went bust. I researched ivory coat and it sounded great.I don't have to feed the same amount with ivory coat as I did the other food, proof was that scooping the same amount every night for two weeks made my shepherd fat, Oops!Ivory coat has made his coat softer and it's not as oily and therefore less smelly, as is his breath!Even more amazingly, after fighting for 8 years to keep a decent amount of weight on my husky (they eat very small meals) she is finally the perfect weight!Thanks ivory coat and thanks Pet post!

My Maremma Sheepdog Is a fussy eater and I had tried all different kinds of dry food brands and she would just stick her nose up in the air and walk away. Until I brought home a 2kg bag of Ivory coat. A year later and she is still eating it I only buy the 2kg bags as I like to buy her a new flavour each month so she doesn't get board with it. Her favourite flavours are chicken and coconut oil, lamb and sardine and Turkey. She also likes the wet canned food that ivory coat had recently put on the market I mix 1 can of food with 2 cups of her dry each night and it's gone within 10 minutes. I hope ivory coat brings out other flavours in the canned formats.
This is the only brand and flavour that my fussy Bill Arab X rescue will consistently eat. After months of coaxing him to eat, he now eats enthusiastically and gets excited for meal times.
My Cavoodle Zola loves this Ivory Coat blend the most out of all the varieties. She loves it so much that SHE TELLS ME when it's breakfast and dinner time. I get the "stare" and the "tap of the paw" to remind me at 7.30am and 4.30pm each day. The food only lasts for 30 seconds in the bowl before she devours it. I know it's good for her as her coat stays shiny, she is happy, healthy and regular with her bowel movements - no upset tummy, diarrhea or constipation that is common in this breed of dog. I highly recommend Ivory Coat and will not feed my precious family member anything else.
My dog Poppy, Loves the Sardine and Lamb Ivory Coat dry food. It seems to satisfy her fully and if I have a happy dog, I'm a happy dog owner. So will be keep getting this product for her for sure.
I have been ordering Ivory Coat products now from Pet Circle for over 18 months & have always found the product extremely good. My two labradors love it.The delivery is always prompt & ordering is very easy. Price is very good especially if you have auto delivery.
My dog had runny poo after I feed him this variety of Ivory Coat.. It continued for a week after I switched over this dry food. So I gave up on it.Having said that, the Ocean Fish version from Ivory Coat was good. I don't know if whether it's this variety is just not for my dog or the bag was rotted. When I first open the bag, it smelled bad, like some vomit leftovers...
I bought this food to try and alleviate my Cavaliers constant itching. He came to me as a rehome and was already on this brand when he came but because I have other dogs already on Canidae I changed him over (gradually). However, he became itchy and I thought to reintroduce him to Ivory Coat - bad decision - his poops became very loose and his gut began making terrible noises and his gas explosions were pretty horrendous and the itching continued. I have since read that this product changed owners about 6 months ago! No, I would not recommend it.
