I've been through 2 of them in 5 years, the fan breakdown. Known common issue apparently from the various electricians that have attended to it.

Fan rattle so much that our electrician reckon the cheap hardness is the culprit and is poorly designed. Heater is good. LED is nice. Dont know if it will lasts with the rattling going on so bad.

Fan rattle so much that our electrician reckon the cheap hardness is the culprit and is poorly designed. Heater is good. LED is nice. Dont know if it will lasts with the rattling going on so bad.
We bought this 2 weeks ago in the storeThe heater installed yesterday can only work for less than half an hour. Then the fan and the white light cannot work normally. The same situation has happened twice.
We bought this IXL to replace our very old exhaust fan, as well as having a full bathroom renovation. The IXL features work well especially love the heater, the only issue we have is the glass rattles when exhaust is on so not sure if it does this to all the IXLs.
