Breaks Easily.

I have bought 3 of these chairs for our office. 2 out of 3 have broken in various spots. It's usually the cheap plastic around the metal back or the wheels which break. Overall it is a comfortable chair, great leg space (especially for guys), not the best for lower back support - it's better than most but not the best; the base is comfortable and can be sat on for a few 3-5 hours. The only down side is that they break easily. I've managed to exchange them at the local O.W store and they were quite helpful. Though overall, I'd give 3/5. I just wish they'd stop breaking within a year.

Cheap chair with enough options for adjustment

1. Cushion on the seat are hard and not comfortable. One can add some memory cushions for this.2. Abit of play is always there on the back mesh. Normal users won't have any issues with this but someone with back pain history may find it annoying after some time.3. No lumbar support so it will pain after an hour of sitting. One can add some memory cushions as per need.Overall Good and cheapest chair at this range. Value for Money. I paid 269dollars for this. No other chair in the market with this much adjustment features comes anywhere near this price.

Excellent quality, fully featured, office chair

I've now had this chair for about a month & am very satisfied with it! Assembling it was not at all difficult! What pleasantly surprised me was that this chair featured all 3 adjustments that one usually only finds on much more expensive swivel chairs ie, height, lumbar & seat tilt; in fact it can fully recline, something that I never expected at this price! My only concern is how long the gas lift will last before it starts to sag; time will tell.

Horrible
11 April 2022

I brought this last year in august and at first it was the best. but after a few months the screws kept on falling out of the armrests and I had to keep on screwing and tightening them. then the seat couldn't stay still and a few month after that, it broke so now I always have to lean back when I use this chair but now it leans to the right all the time. i was going to refund it but there's a 30 day policy, would not recommend buying.

Reconsider if you have a smaller frame /woman

I bought this one with handles so that I have a very comfortable chair . Problems -1. I am 54 kg and my bottom hurts as the cushion is too hard .2. The seat doesn’t adjust forward that my legs are not very comfortable.3. The adjustment handles are a bit too hard and I hurt my finger in the store while trying to adjust4 the handles are rough edges that they caused marks of my desk in forts row daysAltogether a bad purchase and not happy foe the money I spent .

Terrible product made with cheap materials
10 January 2023

I've been using this chair for just over a year. The back support is weak (and I'm 70kgs), the screws to support the back pop out when you lean back. Even after numerous attempts at tightening them up. The seat itself is not adjustable in a forward motion either. I've now upgraded to a different chair with much better back and lumbar support, the experience is night and day. Avoid wasting your money on this chair

Very Comfy
10 January 2022

I am a very picky person when it comes to chairs. I went to office works and tried almost everything they had and only was satisfied with this one. Not sure why there are so many negative reviews may be I would not have bought it if I had read just the reviews. I have been using this chair for 10 months now and it is the most comfortable chair I have owned, it is solid high back with hand rest ample adjustments to suit yourself. My husband likes it and would like to buy one for his study.

Very comfortable office chair!

Writing this review after reading some of the negative reviews about it.I have been using this chair for 6 months now and it is one of the most comfortable chairs I've ever owned. The only gripe is that the arm rests aren't super solid (but solid enough).Once it is adjusted to suit your body it is extremely ergonomic - would have spent 30-60 minutes adjusting it so it was perfect. I leave it on the static (non-moving) settings and find that the mesh back has enough give to press into it and very breathable. The backrest follows the natural curve of the spine perfectly and supports the shoulder blades and waist. The cushion is nice and firm but remains comfortable for long sitting sessions at the desk.Height adjustable armrests are fantastic as the chair can ... MoreWriting this review after reading some of the negative reviews about it.I have been using this chair for 6 months now and it is one of the most comfortable chairs I've ever owned. Wish it was better

I spend a lot of time in front of a computer so thought it was time I invested in an ergonomic chair. I'm used to pleather, comfy chairs so this was a big change for me. I've been using this daily for 7 weeks now.First, the good: I love the finely adjustable armrests. I use this frequently depending on what I'm doing. Chilling, listening to music, arm rests to the highest for greater comfort. Touch typing, level with my keyboard. And when I want it out of the way, I lower it further.Seat is quite firm for my lightweight small frame (65kg) and I find I move around a bit because of that. I'm sure this will pay off long term with greater durability. Seat bottom tilts back for reclining & locks in to various adjustable position which is great. My main gripes ... MoreI spend a lot of time in front of a computer so thought it was time I invested in an ergonomic chair. The seat cushion doesn't lower enough or tilt forward enough for getting an ideal ergonomic position for me.2. The backrest doesn't tilt back enough at it's most reclined so often I find it is pushing me forward too much.3. The backrest doesn't raise high enough to rest my head comfortably for reclined chilling.4. It's already developed creaks when I shift my weight.Overall it's not as ergonomic as I hoped. It's about a 7/10 effort. It's the most expensive office chair I've owned so I was hoping for better.

comfortable chair but broke after very limited use
1 September 2022

We bought this chair for our business which only opened in May 2021. The business is only open 2 days a week so the chair has had limited use. The raise/lower function has broken after only 12 months. It continually drops down. We will be returning it.
