Do a lot of audio editing for podcast, have been looking for a light like this that takes up no room and has a different lighting effects depending on the time of day I want to use it. This product takes all the boxes and plug straight in the back of my monitor.

Awesome solution for if you don't have room for a desk lamp.This is incredibly competitively priced in comparison to others on the market and functions exactly as I need it for general everyday use and study (which has been fully remote for the last 12 months).I was worried that the clip would slide off my monitor (my PC monitor is a bit thick and curved towards the top) and it has not come off or slipped once.Unrelated but relevant: If you don't have many spare USB-A slots (i'm using a MacBook Air with 1 USB-C slot, connected to a second monitor), I also recommend to purchase a powered USB hub, it is not required for the use of this product, but has been useful for my set up with this USB clamp lamp.

I don't know how good it is as lighting for monitors, but as a way of shining light on the bed of my FDM 3D printer, it works a treat.
Lights up just my workspace and don't need to turn on the room light. Brightness can be adjusted. Light colour can be changed to bright white, day light and warm white. When you turn on the lamp it remembers your last light colour and brightness setting so don't have to adjust again which is very handy. Exactly what I was after.
