Really happy I bought this for my elderly Mother. Set up instructions were perfect. It worked perfectly and the securing devices included did the job. To also have batteries included was great.

The door is thick, limiting the dimensions of putting things in. My 15" gaming laptop barely fit inside and only if I put it in at the right angle. This is annoying as it takes longer than expected to put in my laptop.The button are like a soft rubber rather than hard plastic - printing may fade as may the rubber deteriorate with use - could make it easy for thieves who can tell which keys have been used the most. Good practice to change the PIN from time to time.My safe came with cosmetic damage to the plastic interface. Don't know if I should bother getting it exchanged.

Purchased this safe but it doesn't actually lock. When the handle was turned, it slightly caught like it was going to lock but with little effort, opened easily.It could just be a dodgy one but I'm not convinced that the internal locking mechanisms are that strong and with a little manipulation, perhaps one that actually did work could (potentially) be easily accessed.
