There are a few notes about a 4k webcam you should know before purchasing.Most of the common video call programs (zoom, teams) do not use the full resolution capabilities of this device.There is a "heavy" bandwidth requirement for 4k video feeds.If neither of these caveats apply, this product is amazing.Our conference room is ~15' x 30' and this camera displays every detail of it very well. The software you can download for it is not necessary to get the full value of it. The remote control is nice, but we didn't get a lot of use out of it.If you need 4k recording capabilities, or have a way to video call in 4k, I highly recommend this camera.

The camera has a fantastically clear image. That alone makes it for me. The swivel is loose so it is a challenge to keep the camera directed.
This webcam is very high quality indeed. Excellent image quality and video quality. It works great at 4K or 1080p resolution, your choice. It handles lighting conditions really well, too, from bright to dim. (You should always have good lighting, though, if you want to look good on video chat, so turn on a lamp or at least put a bright white or warmer color background on your computer screen to provide some light on your face.) Another outstanding feature of this webcam is its sound quality. The microphones provide very clear voice quality without much echo. Overall, this webcam is just as good as the famous Logitech Brio, and it has better sound quality! Did I mention that it's also cheaper than the Brio? I bought this webcam in January or 2023 and so far it is working greatg for me.I like the remote pan/tilt/zoom feature.So far, I am impressed.
With its own remote, x5 zoom and privacy cover its one of the best feature webcmas. It also allows for "softening to make you look your best.
Very satisfied with the features and it is very clear and only requires natural lighting. The remote is a great add-on for capturing the perfect amount of background space needed! Worth the purchase.
I bought this for my entertainment room (large screen TV, surround sound, etc.) primarily for use with Zoom. It does the job with some caveats. The video and sound seem fine. The pan controls work satisfactorily, but not with smooth movement. An understandable technical limitation in such a device. The zoom works well. Two complaints: (1) the remote control requires a C-2032 battery, and (2) with each new meeting the camera resets losing the zoom/pan settings. The battery issue is only mentioned in a small label on the back of the controller. One should have been included in the box. Having to reset the desired zoom/pan is undesirable when joining a meeting in progress. When using on iMac the 3rd day, the screen/image turned green. unplugged it and waited, and plugged in - initially worked okay for about 2 min., then turned green again. Changing setting only made things worse. Stopped using with iMac and plugged into PC. Seems to work fine with PC.
