I have used this headset for around 4 or 5 months and I will not buy nor recommend a Jabra product to anyone.Cons:- extremely poor call quality considering this is marketed as a call-headset. The other side can hear mostly all the other noises, just not your voice, unless you are in a perfectly quiet room- poor manufacturing of the "main" button, it often doesn't click/react- looses BT connection just because you have your phone in your pocket... Seriously, a 20EURO no-name chinese headset from amazon performs better- average batteryPros+ good fit around the neck thanks to the wire

My ear canal is a bit weird on one ear and it was hard to find a set of headphones that sits properly when I'm running / cycling / working out. These fit me snugly without being painful after a couple of hours wearing them. Good Points: First of these look great. The sound quality is excellent, the bass is solid and doesn't distort at high volume while it maintains a very clear crisp treble and mid range. It comes with 3 sets of ear clips and ear inserts to offer a large range of combinations for comfy in ear fitting. They are light and stay in place for me even when moving around. The fact it works with Google assistant is also a bonus. voice control from the headset means switching between music and voice calls is simple and no need to take your phone out to do it. Voice control can also be used for your music programs as well. Voice call quality is good and the microphone picks up your voice easily so no need to hold it near. The earpieces are also magnetic so hold together when not in use. This also has the added bonus of pausing the playback of the music. When they are pulled apart a quick tap of the middle button resumes play. A great feature for the gym.Improvement Points: Although these fitted in my ears fine they did not fit comfortably in my husbands. This might be due to the oval shape of the earbuds rather than the normal circle shape. I also found the controls sat a little too far back on my neck and took a little getting used too. Most other controls for Bluetooth earphones are placed along with the mic.
Jokes on me. Should have known better than to by refurb'd ear buds even from a reputable brand. Speakers were blown. Be careful, just buy new ones that you can afford. As a pro AV tech, I've been a fan of Jabra comm products, but I've been let down. As mentioned, I'm the fool for buying used in-ear headphones. They claim to QC everything from the factory, but obviously they're not actually putting them in ears to know for sure, which is good- especially during the pandemic. I don't have a printer right now, so it cost a bit of time and money to do the return. Big waste of time.
This product have stopped working already. i am very disappointed. I used it to exercise in the morning for a week and now it inst working. it wont turn on at all. The red light flashes for 30 secs when I try to charge it and then it goes off. But the light doesn't come on at any other time. The product is refurbished and it came with a Jabra factory refurbished card in the bag but i had expected at least a few months of use before I started getting any challenges. Spending $20 on this is an absolute waste. While it was functioning it had decent sound quality and the ear hooks held it in place during the workout but it starts to get crackly and looses connection after it is about 10ft from the device.
