The headset is 5 stars, unfortunately mine was damaged.The micro usb charging port on the base is damaged (see pic).The package was delivered with a "Jabra Certified Refurbished Equipment" label, which I'm kind of questioning at this point. :)I understand this is a restored/refurbished headset, but visible damage to a piece of technical equipment was unacceptable.I'm returning the item, and will purchase a replacement headset.This is a great price for this headset, so I'm hopeful the next one will be undamaged. Had for almost a month and has been a great addition to my home office. No connection problems and able to go all areas of house and yard without issue. Noise cancelling and user interface is great. Recommend to anyone. Price was something to make me pause at first but have not thought twice since the first time I have used.

So all the people in my office have these and I decided to try them. I didn't want to spend more than $100, found them on Ebay I got them about 2 weeks ago and love them! I like that they do not need a base. Just a simple plug to charge it with the computer. AND they really do keep the background noise down to a minimum which was most important to me, also, they are the most comfy wireless headsets I have ever used!
I love the product, very clear sound and comfortable for wearing several hours. I also love the range, I can walk around my house and stay connected. Very satisfiied with the product.
Working from home my company uses Teams. The headset automatically connects as a call, quiets my music and has great clarity for both sides. Still confused about using it for my iPhone if I need to dial in to a meeting, but Im looking into that. Thanks for the good value
Very easy to put together and set up. I find that the sound quality is great and the headset is very comfortable.
Working from home, I get to do my chores and work at the same time. Last a full workday, about 9.5 hours. Can hear my clients loud and clear. Great product... best work investment so far.
This headset is much better than any other Bluetooth headset because it doesn't work on Bluetooth it works on Deck it's the same technology from your home cordless phone that the cordless is connected to the base trough Deck it's much better than Bluetooth because it has a greater range. But keep in mind the headset is connected directly to the base and you have to connect the base to your computer via USB type A in addition if you have a VoIP desk phone or a traditional home phone and it has the option for a headset port then you are able to connect it through a traditional phone cable. There are quite a few ways to connect the base to your desk phone but this is the basic way. I'm not sure if this headset has Bluetooth built in, in order to be able to connect to your smartphone too since the only convenient way to connect any other device to a smartphone is through Bluetooth wireless technology.Be aware, anytime that you have any application that uses the input from your headset for example when you click on the search by voice on google's search bar the audio quality will downgrade till the application stops to use the input, I had a application from Verizon that is called One Talk it's meant to make phone calls from my computer and obviously that application uses the the input from the headset because I have to be able to speak to people on that application I struggled a long time till I found the cause.The main reason I bought this headset is because I couldn't find any other headset in this level that has the same audio quality. I will be honest I think the audio is the same quality from the Beats headphones. But again make sure you don't have any other application that uses the input at the same time you listen to your music on the computer.
It cam in the box as bew. Not a mark on it and still had all the stickers on it. Worked out of the box, plug and play really. After having wired headsets it great to have the freedom to move around the house when working. Excellent signal quality with DECT compared to the Bluetooth ones my colleagues use. Sound and voice clarity is perfect and noise cancelling is truly amazing - but takes a second or two to kick in.
