The headset is 5 stars, unfortunately mine was damaged. The micro usb charging port on the base is damaged (see pic). The package was delivered with a "Jabra Certified Refurbished Equipment" label, which I'm kind of questioning at this point. :)I understand this is a restored/refurbished headset, but visible damage to a piece of technical equipment was unacceptable.I'm returning the item, and will purchase a replacement headset. This is a great price for this headset, so I'm hopeful the next one will be undamaged. Everything else about the headset was great.I have no comments on the seller, as I've not had contact with them.I'll submit another review once I take delivery of the replacement headset.I've purchased refurbished technical equipment from Walmart ... MoreThe headset is 5 stars, unfortunately mine was damaged. I previously owned 3 of this device's predecessor, the Jabra Pro 935 (one for my work office, one for my home office, one for my wife). Unfortunately, I bought them all around the same time, and within about a 2 month span, the battery on each gave out. And according to all research, they weren't replaceable. As they were a bit expensive, I went down the road of Bluetooth headsets. This was fine at first, but not sure why, but my last 3 work laptops have had Bluetooth issues (which was why I've had 3 different ones in the last 3 years - in troubleshooting I/T would give me a different laptop thinking it was hardware). I just could not get a Bluetooth headset to work with them consistently - nearly daily I would have to re-pair the device or restart it mid-day or ... MoreI previously owned 3 of this device's predecessor, the Jabra Pro 935 (one for my work office, one for my home office, one for my wife). This was fine at first, but not sure why, but my last 3 work laptops have had Bluetooth issues (which was why I've had 3 different ones in the last 3 years - in troubleshooting I/T would give me a different laptop thinking it was hardware). I just could not get a Bluetooth headset to work with them consistently - nearly daily I would have to re-pair the device or restart it mid-day or take some other measure to get my computer to recognize my headset. So I decided to seek out the current equivalent of my much loved Jabra 935. Jabra advised me that it was the Engage 65, and if I wanted the ear hook which I had used on my 935, I'd need to get the "Convertible". I have a larger melon than most, and plastic over head bands tend to have a short life with me. However, I'm glad I did a little more reading! The Convertible model, while it did offer the ear hook, has a shorter day-to-day use battery life, AND the battery is not replaceable. On the other hand, for the Mono, it boasts 4 additional hours of talk time per day, and you can buy both replacement headbands and batteries (and they're not crazy expensive)! Still, the price for a new one was a little out of my budget so I went shopping for a used, figuring as long as it wasn't physically damaged, I could replace the battery if needed. And it has been awesome. It works great, no weird disconnects. The battery life isn't quite the 13 hours a new one would boast, but I could get a battery replacement for <$40. I'm also not using this device to its fullest capabilities. You can actually hook it up to a desk phone as well as a PC, and use it for both. Or if you're in a call center with other people using the same headset, you can actually conference people through the headset, not the phone itself. Couldn't be happier.

Great service in terms of delivery but I didn't realise that it needs a physical connection to my computer by a cord rather than by bluetooth or USB. My mistake as didn't read the fine print!I also can't get it to play sound from the internet etc, but it does work great for Teams calls.

Very easy to setup and get working straight away. Great features and very clear call quality both ways with a good range to be able to walk away from the desk. Using with Yealink T-46S Handset with the EHS-40 Adapter.
We have been thrilled with these headsets. They suit our business needs perfectly and our receptionist is so much happier. I highly recommend this company for their fantastic customer service for recommending the most appropriate headset for our needs. We were even so amazed that the headset was delivered the very next day. Fabulous product & customer experience. HIGHLY RECOMMEND.
Love the fact you can go from phone calls to teams meeting without having to do anything. They are very comfortable to wear, and the sound is great. Very happy with our new headsets.Thank you to the amazing lady that sold me these she was great and have awesome customer service.
I purchased this headset for the office. I use the headset anywhere 5-7 hours each day. It's only towards the end of the day where I sometimes look to swap the earpiece to the other ear. Battery life is great. No complaints from staff on Teams calls about background noise from my end. Happy with the purchase. I hope they last as long as my last Jabra Pro mono set which was 7 years before the battery died!
I use it for hand free phone screening of possible employment candidates, as it leaves me free to type out notes, whilst I'm talking to them. It also reduces the office noise considerably. Highly recommend.
This headset is much better than any other Bluetooth headset because it doesn't work on Bluetooth it works on Deck it's the same technology from your home cordless phone that the cordless is connected to the base trough Deck it's much better than Bluetooth because it has a greater range. But keep in mind the headset is connected directly to the base and you have to connect the base to your computer via USB type A in addition if you have a VoIP desk phone or a traditional home phone and it has the option for a headset port then you are able to connect it through a traditional phone cable. So it's pretty cool you can have one headset connected at once to your desk phone and right after you finish your call switching to your music on your computer without having to ... MoreThis headset is much better than any other Bluetooth headset because it doesn't work on Bluetooth it works on Deck it's the same technology from your home cordless phone that the cordless is connected to the base trough Deck it's much better than Bluetooth because it has a greater range. So it's pretty cool you can have one headset connected at once to your desk phone and right after you finish your call switching to your music on your computer without having to connect or disconnect anything. There are quite a few ways to connect the base to your desk phone but this is the basic way. I'm not sure if this headset has Bluetooth built in, in order to be able to connect to your smartphone too since the only convenient way to connect any other device to a smartphone is through Bluetooth wireless technology.Be aware, anytime that you have any application that uses the input from your headset for example when you click on the search by voice on google's search bar the audio quality will downgrade till the application stops to use the input, I had a application from Verizon that is called One Talk it's meant to make phone calls from my computer and obviously that application uses the the input from the headset because I have to be able to speak to people on that application I struggled a long time till I found the cause. The main reason I bought this headset is because I couldn't find any other headset in this level that has the same audio quality. I will be honest I think the audio is the same quality from the Beats headphones. But again make sure you don't have any other application that uses the input at the same time you listen to your music on the computer.
This headset worked really well until one day it started having connection issues. I have to wiggle the USB connection on the 'base unit' just right to get it to work. It appears to have a broken connection. I reached out to Jabra and was told my headset is out of warranty and that I would need to buy a new headset. The base unit does not come apart, so I can't have it repaired. After spending $400+ for this headset, I'm extremely disappointed in the build quality and Jabra customer service.
