Set-up was a breeze - just a case of plugging in the Bluetooth dongle and turning on the headset. I bought for use at work and I've had no problems at all. Far superior to the wired one I it replaced with the added benefit of being able to get up and move around. As it's only Bluetooth the range isn't that far but I can comfortably move around the office without dropping a call and no longer have wires falling over my keyboard and getting tangled. The sound quality is excellent and I like that the mic can be kept out the way by clicking it into the headband. The magnetic dock isn't that strong so it sometimes clicks back out but this isn't an issue.Excellent headset - would recommend!

Only been using this headset for a couple of weeks but so far I'm very impressed with them.I need to use a Bluetooth headset as part of my job every day, so safe to say I have quite a bit of experience with them. I've spent the last year or so trying to find the right headset, and in that time I've come up with the following list of requirements:-Need to work with both PC and mobile- and be easy to switch from one to the other-Sound should be clear in both directions, especially when there's background noise as I often use a headset while driving-Battery life that actually lasts through the day without cutting out on you-Needs to fit my (admittedly oversized) head-Comfortable to wear for long periods of time- I might spend in excess of eight hours straight ... MoreOnly been using this headset for a couple of weeks but so far I'm very impressed with them.I need to use a Bluetooth headset as part of my job every day, so safe to say I have quite a bit of experience with them. They might meet two or three of them, but I find that even this isn't enough. The ones with clear sound were irritating to wear all day, while the most comfortable ones had rubbish microphones. Admittedly a lot of these headsets were pretty cheap, so I decided to spend a bit more money under the maxim that you get what you pay for. After a bit of research I came across the Jabra Evolve 65 and given the good reviews I read, I decided to give them a go.At last- a headset that actually meets all my needs! The sound quality is fantastic in both directions, they're easy to connect and switch between devices, and crucially they sit well on the head and the battery life lasts for a healthy amount of time. The only downside is that the boom arm is a little short for my preference, as it means the mic is quite close to my mouth and so people on the other end can sometimes hear me breathing during a call. It can be clipped onto the headband when not in use, but you need to retract the boom for this. This isn't a big issue though, certainly not when compared to how good the Evolve 65 is in all other respects.I would thoroughly recommend this headset for anyone who needs to take calls handsfree. I only wish I'd come across it sooner!

I have loved my Jabra Evolve Headsets for work. I'm busy and they're great when I'm in a loud environment, as I can hear myself and those whom I'm speaking with, and the other person doesn't hear too much back ground noise from me. However- they break easily! More than once I have snapped the ear piece from the head band... I have had three of these. For the $250 range- I would expect it to more durable!

We recently changed phone systems and our old Jabra 920 units were not up to the job - crackling, hiss etc.Upgrading to the 65 Bluetooth eliminated the issue and the added feature of being able to answer the phone away from the desk (e.g. grabbing a beverage) was an added bonus. The team are all happy with the purchase.
If you want to be able to block out any noise around to stay focused then there's a stereo version of this that you might want to look at. But if you want to still hear what's going on around you then this is the version to choose. I use this headset all the time and I have to say it's outstanding with really great clarity. My old work used these as standard because they are such high quality. You could buy a slightly cheaper headset but it's never going to be as good as a Jabra one. Definitely the headset to go for.
The product description indicates reads:"Jabra EVOLVE 65 UC Headset - Stereo - Wireless - Bluetooth - 100 ft - Over-the-head - Binaural - Supra-aural - Noise Cancelling Microphone - Noise Canceling"There is no ACTIVE noise cancelling with this product. At best, the manufacturer's website embellishes on this by calling it "passive noise cancelling." If you're looking for ACTIVE noise cancelling (ANC), this product does NOT have it, and "passive" noise cancelling leaves a lot to be desired. The product description here is very misleading and I will be returning this.
I bought these for my own small business use (I make sales calls to potential clients for a few hours per day). They are comfortable, the wireless range is decent, and the sound quality is pretty good.I deducted a star for two reasons: the sound quality for music isn't great compared to my wired headphones isn't great. But that's a very minor complaint, since that's not what they're for.The other issue is that they seem to "sleep" if I stop using them for a couple of minutes. As a result it takes a few seconds to come back online so I sometimes miss the first bit of a video or something like that. But again, this is a pretty minor thing and more of an annoyance than a complaint.
The website for Office Depot calls them "noise cancelling" this is not a proper or legit description. They are noise blocking at best. The only reason they have any reduction in noise is that they have the ear-pads, which obviously would help stop background noise. From the Jabra website "Simply wear the headset to eliminate high-frequency noise, such as human voices - all thanks to the specially designed ear cushions. We call this "passive noise cancellation." They did connect to my computer with the included dongle as well as to my phone with bluetooth and have a nice storage bag included and long battery life.
I bought this three weeks ago and regret it. Apparently, this version does not play nice with bluetooth over a PC. The result is horrible sound and horrible playback. To rectify this, I had to purchase a $50 bluetooth adapter for Jabra headphones. That is in addition to the $200 I spent on the actual headset. I am above average tech-savy and I also can read; thus the problem lies with the tech and it’s advertising/website summary. There was no indication that this headset was not ideal for pc bluetooth adapters.
I picked these up after much hesitation. The new normal is working from home in Tech Support. My job supplies nice Plantronics, but they are wired. I'd like to stop getting tangled in my cord! I completed the firmware update for the dongle, but it took a half an hour to figure out that you MUST plug in the headset to complete it's firmware update... It's more plastics that I thought it would be at the price point. I have Bose OE that are at the same price point that feel wayyy more substantial. Time will tell on the longevity, 10 hour shifts will take it's toll. I expect these will last until December.
