Jabra Evolve 65 MS Stereo Bluetooth Headset

Purchased this as a replacement for a lesser-known wired headset brand. The Jabra Evolve 65 covers both ears, has a boom mic and adjustable head band. The dual ear muff is comfortable paired with adjustable head band is comfortable to wear for long periods at a time (music and/or meetings). They don't cancel noise out completely but provide a protective barrier to be able to hear all your calls clearly. I also purchased this because it has a boom mic -- as opposed to a built-in mic that can capture surrounding sound as well. The mic is clear and can be moved up and tucked into the top of the headset when not in use. Like all Bluetooth wireless headsets, there is a chance for delays in transmitting and receiving sound. Something to get used to but easy to learn to manage it after several tries. Recommendation: Great mid-level wireless headset when you need something functional, stylish and comfortable. Purchase one and add some extra excitement to those all-day video meetings.

At last- a headset that meets all my requirements!

Only been using this headset for a couple of weeks but so far I'm very impressed with them.I need to use a Bluetooth headset as part of my job every day, so safe to say I have quite a bit of experience with them. Admittedly a lot of these headsets were pretty cheap, so I decided to spend a bit more money under the maxim that you get what you pay for. After a bit of research I came across the Jabra Evolve 65 and given the good reviews I read, I decided to give them a go.At last- a headset that actually meets all my needs! The sound quality is fantastic in both directions, they're easy to connect and switch between devices, and crucially they sit well on the head and the battery life lasts for a healthy amount of time.The only downside is that the boom arm is a little short for my preference, as it means the mic is quite close to my mouth and so people on the other end can sometimes hear me breathing during a call. It can be clipped onto the headband when not in use, but you need to retract the boom for this. This isn't a big issue though, certainly not when compared to how good the Evolve 65 is in all other respects.I would thoroughly recommend this headset for anyone who needs to take calls handsfree. I only wish I'd come across it sooner!

Good quality product again from Jabra

I purchased this to replace my aging USB Jabra desk conference spk/mic which worked so well and needed a more personal device with working from anywhere today. Brilliant! works well and the noise cancelling on the mic is exceptional, can operate in a busy office or anywhere with background noise and call participants hear none of it! Sometimes Bluetooth dongle can need re-enabling as doesn't always pick the clearest channel. But when it can finds one then it is perfect, but that is not a product issue, more technology problem as Bluetooth in some areas the 2.4GHz band is congested. On cable always perfect so you have a back up too. Sound quality for listening is clear also for music in between if you want it. Point of View on Accessories: There is a charging station available but I find the USB cable fine, Unnecessary luxury as you would end up with charging stations for so many different Bluetooth devices, so tend to stick with USB unless WiFi charging is an option

Jabra never fails to provide garbage quality at extremely high prices. Unfortunately, they're the only headset compatible with a lot of softphones otherwise I would have gone with something else. It's not easy or simple to flick the mic down when you need it; it's made from relatively soft, flimsy plastic and a poorly padded ear cuff; the headset falls off your head very easily; the mic lands right in front of your mouth; and, the person you're speaking with will have to put up with an echo or difficulty hearing you, etc etc etc. Just so disappointing.

I purchased tweo of these head sets for the ladies in Sales as the other models they were using were always dropping out or couldn't connect, and they were getting frustrated whilst trying to connect with customers.I reviewed this headset and others and based on the feed back from other customers decided to purchase two sets.The ladies in the Sales team are now very satisfied with the updated models I purchased.Set up was so easy to connect with Microsoft Teams and they have not had any issues since purchased a month ago and being bluetooth they can roam around the office and still be connected.Overall two very satisfied customers and vindicates my decision to purchase this head set.

I had no idea it would still be under warranty.I was asked to do a short review on the product, although I thought I would contact the center regarding a preferred supplier who repairs their headsets. I received a very quick polite response from Chantelle Taylor. After asking for my headset serial number (very hard to read on the headset, had to take photos and enlarge to read). Chantel advised it's just out of warranty and I will do my best in obtaining a replacement for you. We went with this headset for our team, because we'd been using it without issue in another team. Feedback has been positive so far, it is very easy to set up, and it works straight away.Sound quality is good for calls, most users opt to have it on the stand between calls, though it is fine to leave on for longer periods.I'd prefer they used a different material for the ear pads, and some users expected better range when walking away from their desk.

I’ve been using the Jabra Evolve 65 SE UC Stereo Headset and Charging Stand for a few weeks. The sound quality is great, and the wireless range is impressive. The charging stand is very convenient, and the headset is comfortable for long periods. However, the I don't think it does much to block ambient noise and could be a bit better. Overall, it’s a solid 4-star product.

Easy plug and play set-up, including Bluetooth pairing, so can answer both Teams and mobile calls from headset (and stream music etc). Note: ability to answer Teams calls from internal callers does seem to be intermittent? Swapped from a stereo to mono model, conversations in-office now easier but I have found the comfort factor of wearing on one ear all day is less than previous set (firmer ear pad? tighter fit from the mono?). Luckiliy it can be reversed to wear on other side.

The customer service was good. I explained what I wanted and they made some excellent suggestions. The headset arrived within the time frame it said it should. I didn't have too many issues with the initial setup. It paired well and I connected it up. However, after attempting to adjust it to connect to my phone and laptop it gets confused and sometimes connects the phone but not the laptop or vice versa. I called the support service and they recommended some fixes but it became messy and complicated so now I only use it exclusively with my laptop. It slides off my head very easily if I tilt too far forward or back and can get a little uncomfortable to wear after 4 hours of use. The quality however is crystal clear. I cannot end calls well and due to the location of the on and off switch and the Bluetooth pairing being in the same place sometimes you can accidentally disconnect and it's a scramble to reconnect but I have downloaded Jabra direct for connectivity issues.
