Only been using this headset for a couple of weeks but so far I'm very impressed with them.I need to use a Bluetooth headset as part of my job every day, so safe to say I have quite a bit of experience with them. I've spent the last year or so trying to find the right headset, and in that time I've come up with the following list of requirements:-Need to work with both PC and mobile- and be easy to switch from one to the other-Sound should be clear in both directions, especially when there's background noise as I often use a headset while driving-Battery life that actually lasts through the day without cutting out on you-Needs to fit my (admittedly oversized) head-Comfortable to wear for long periods of time- I might spend in excess of eight hours straight ... MoreOnly been using this headset for a couple of weeks but so far I'm very impressed with them.I need to use a Bluetooth headset as part of my job every day, so safe to say I have quite a bit of experience with them. They might meet two or three of them, but I find that even this isn't enough. The ones with clear sound were irritating to wear all day, while the most comfortable ones had rubbish microphones. Admittedly a lot of these headsets were pretty cheap, so I decided to spend a bit more money under the maxim that you get what you pay for. After a bit of research I came across the Jabra Evolve 65 and given the good reviews I read, I decided to give them a go.At last- a headset that actually meets all my needs! The sound quality is fantastic in both directions, they're easy to connect and switch between devices, and crucially they sit well on the head and the battery life lasts for a healthy amount of time. The only downside is that the boom arm is a little short for my preference, as it means the mic is quite close to my mouth and so people on the other end can sometimes hear me breathing during a call. It can be clipped onto the headband when not in use, but you need to retract the boom for this. This isn't a big issue though, certainly not when compared to how good the Evolve 65 is in all other respects.I would thoroughly recommend this headset for anyone who needs to take calls handsfree. I only wish I'd come across it sooner!

Yes, the Jabra Evolve 65 headset is simply fantastic! So many advantages! Physically, the headset is perfectly shaped ergonomically. Its super-comfortable. The ear pads move 360 degrees and more. EASy to recharge; the little recharge stand looks great on the office desk. It is solid black and protected with plastic. They really safety-packed the headset and each special part with great care. You can use the microphone on either side of your head. I prefer left.Jabra company leaves a soft foam slip-cover protecting the mouthpiece (microphone). And the ear pads are magnificent. They are deluxe-ly padded in soft-black, smooth material; no donut holes, all solid coverage of the ear , yet also small and efficient, with upscale comfort. I didn't even see this exquisite quality until I bought them. Nobody better touch my headset. I keep it out of site with visitors; That's how good they look. The best advantage for me is it makes my job healthier, overall. Previously, my feet were swelling up due to sitting too long and after just a few days, it's a great benefit to be able to stand up while working. No more foot issues! Also, with a corded phone headset, the button/toggle-tab on the cord would "mute" the call sometimes by touching up against any other object, (for example touching parts of the executive chair), like the hip or the arm.I definitely recommend this even if you don't take many calls on your job. The great benefit can also be to hear your videos and all in amazing quality. Connects easily with Bluetooth and is also "pre-paired" by Jabra, so it worked immediately. It gives step-by-step setup instructions. It was super easy. set up within minutes. By the way, there is a tiny "usb thing" that I could not locate. It is a "dongle". It was located on the cardboard at the very top above the whole headset when you view it for the first time. easy! It is tiny. About maybe, 1" X 1". So don't throw it out coz you'll need it. Plug it into your computer and it works instantly. Connects you to your headset. It took me a few days to find it. Its wedged in there (front of the cardboard) pretty good. These should be sold out they're so wonderful. Get one!

Jabra never fails to provide garbage quality at extremely high prices. Unfortunately, they're the only headset compatible with a lot of softphones otherwise I would have gone with something else. It's not easy or simple to flick the mic down when you need it; it's made from relatively soft, flimsy plastic and a poorly padded ear cuff; the headset falls off your head very easily; the mic lands right in front of your mouth; and, the person you're speaking with will have to put up with an echo or difficulty hearing you, etc etc etc. Just so disappointing.
I purchased tweo of these head sets for the ladies in Sales as the other models they were using were always dropping out or couldn't connect, and they were getting frustrated whilst trying to connect with customers.I reviewed this headset and others and based on the feed back from other customers decided to purchase two sets. The ladies in the Sales team are now very satisfied with the updated models I purchased.Set up was so easy to connect with Microsoft Teams and they have not had any issues since purchased a month ago and being bluetooth they can roam around the office and still be connected.Overall two very satisfied customers and vindicates my decision to purchase this head set.
I personally love these headsets, previously I had one speaker ear, (which broke). I had no idea it would still be under warranty.I was asked to do a short review on the product, although I thought I would contact the center regarding a preferred supplier who repairs their headsets. I received a very quick polite response from Chantelle Taylor. After asking for my headset serial number (very hard to read on the headset, had to take photos and enlarge to read). Chantel advised it's just out of warranty and I will do my best in obtaining a replacement for you. I advised I had not had a headset for at least two months due to the earpiece and microphone section snapping off the headband, not incuding the time awaiting approval from senior management to purchase ... MoreI personally love these headsets, previously I had one speaker ear, (which broke). As I prominently on the phone with our large member base.Chantel was very courteous and has put in a request for a replacement for me since it was broken within my warranty period. Absolute outstanding customer service from your team member. Chantelle went above and beyond to assist and support me, during my desperate attempt to repair my old headset. I am really appreciative of her kind support and patience whilst I tried my best to obtain the serial number. It's hard to find this type of customer service these days within large companies. Congratulations Chantelle, for your outstanding support and problem-solving. I will only purchase headsets from Simply Heads from this day forth and will recommend them to our National Company for ongoing purchases in the future. Thanks Again!NataishaState Membership Manager ACT/Sthn NSWNECA - National Electrical Communications Association.
We went with this headset for our team, because we'd been using it without issue in another team. Feedback has been positive so far, it is very easy to set up, and it works straight away.Sound quality is good for calls, most users opt to have it on the stand between calls, though it is fine to leave on for longer periods.I'd prefer they used a different material for the ear pads, and some users expected better range when walking away from their desk.
These headsets are great value for money! They completely block out noise and are great for working in a busy, loud office! We use them for everyone in our team! They arrive super quick and any questions I have with the team has been responded to straight away.10/10 reccomend!
I’ve been using the Jabra Evolve 65 SE UC Stereo Headset and Charging Stand for a few weeks. The sound quality is great, and the wireless range is impressive. The charging stand is very convenient, and the headset is comfortable for long periods. However, the I don't think it does much to block ambient noise and could be a bit better. Overall, it’s a solid 4-star product.
I got this headset Jabra Evolve 65 last year. In the initial days, the battery used to last for 2-3 days, but after couple of months it started providing only 4-5 hours of back up. Suddenly after 6 months, the hinges on the side came off. And exactly after 1 year, of the the ear piece got detached while adjusting. The material quality is terrible. And of course, they don't replace damaged headsets as per their policies. This is such an expensive headset and if it cant handle rigorous usage, then why do we buy it? just to put it for showcase :-)
