Jabra Evolve2 50 USB-C Headset C

Purchased in the hopes that it would be durable and have not been disappointed. Has even withstood the use of a young child and still looks new.

Works fine, audio is good, microphone audio acceptable. Not among the cheapest so I have to mention:- the position of the microphone cannot be properly adjusted (only rotated up ot down)- the cable is mechanically bonded to the right ear cover so whenever the cable is brushed the noise is transmitted and audible- the USB cable is rather short.

I was surprised that my order was shipped immediately arrived the following day - brilliant. Hasn't been the case in the past, so it was appreciated. The product is excellent. Made well for a cost-effective product, just worked and with paper based packaging (no plastic). Nailed it, thanks PBTech.

I've never worn a pair of headphones that are more comfortable. You can easily wear them for 8 hours and never even realise they are there. The sound is totally fine, obviously configured for speech, and very clear. The microphone however is completely underwhelming. I have a 15 year old pair of $20 USB headphones that have a better microphone. Now I have to get them out again when doing any voiceover recordings because the Jabras are just below an acceptable standard to do any type of voice recording. I'm more baffled than disappointed. Why would they skimp on the microphone when everything else is such high standard?

1. The process started up

1. The process started up very well. I placed my order. Lynn informed me that the stock was not available yet (btw, if it was not available yet, it should not be listed on the website as available), asking me whether i was okay with the ETA or go for another model.2. I have considered her suggestion and informed her on the same day 17th Apr that the ETA and another model didnt fit my requirement. I have asked her to cancel my order.3. On 24th Apr, i asked whether there was any update on my cancellation & refund, Lynn replied the stock has arrived and my order would be processed soon?I was like "What?". I have put it in writing one week ago to request my ordergiven my order couldnt be fulfilled, no news for one week, and now my order will be fulfilled?4. When i ... More1. Great headset!

I use the Jabra Evolve headset for my home office. It's really comfortable to wear and the sound quality is great. Highly recommend.

Jabra Evolve2 30 MS Stereo USB-A

Great headset, great price and great sound. I purchased this to use with Teams on my home PC, definitely not disappointed.

Jabra Evolve2 30 MS Stereo USB-A

Was recommended by a colleague. I cannot live without them now. Half the time I forget that I am wearing them.

Jabra Evolve2 30 UC Stereo USB-A

Great entry-level stereo headset for the price. The Microsoft Teams applicability is largely gimmicky, and would encourage you to buy the UC variation as it covers more systems.

Meh, it's good enough

I just talk and listen to people so I don't need anything fancy. I don't work with music or specialized sounds. However, I wish the microphone could be used on both the right side or the left. It's just on the right side. I prefer wired headset for work but I wish the chord was a tiny bit longer. With that being said, I'm keeping it, I'm not returning it. It's basically just fine.
