This is probably a defective unit but Headset Advisor Support was amazing. I am glad I bought it here at HeadsetAdvisor.Second good thing is the quality is sound is amazing and ANC for speakers is also good. Now the cons: (1) The main reason I bought this Headset was for the Mic's noise cancellation. I don't want my work colleagues to put up with all the noises at end/home like Baby screams, TV in the living room, Street Cars, Wife's phone calls, even my key board or washroom faucets etc but it failed miserably. They can hear everything from my side and even worse is my voice was so bad that they can't understand at all. I really hope it's faulty unit and Headset Advisor is planning to replace it. (2) When placed on the neck the headset ear cushions are pointed outwards, What a weird design. Come-on Jabra, no one pointed this out when you were designing this? (3) Headset is not stable on my head. It can easily fall when your head is not straight. I believe this is the issue with all on-ear headset as compared to over the ear ones.Anyway, this is really bad experience but my cheap TechNet Headset which was reviewed by Drew is working like a charm.

So this is a lot to pay for the freedom to pace around the room during conference calls. But it's worth it, and means I can do things like answer the door or grab a drink without anyone else being aware (at least while the video feed is off). For research purposes I have tried this from the bottom of the garden (15m north, 4m down, 2 internal metal-studded walls, exterior wall, kitchen appliances and metal fence between me and transmitter) and still perfect clarity while listening and talking. The battery life is excellent - so far 18 hours continuous use during a system cutover without any problems, I usually recharge once or twice a week and I've only had it announce low battery once.As I currently have no restrictions on USB I use the supplied dongle for the ... Also proven with a Samsung tablet for leisure again with no issues, and a Gigaset DECT phone which although worked was so fiddly to activate from the phone I can't see me using that very often. Getting it to connect to a Linux Mint desktop was a bit more of a fiddle on the Blueman console (it sees 3 headsets for some reason) but once connected it works just fine too.I can't try the Jabra software under Windows without getting an official warning from the IT police, but Win10 and Teams just worked fine. Skype for Business also tried to claim it and got a bit confused but we're decomissioning it soon so who cares. It also works well with all the Android audio and comms apps I've tried, but then I would expect that from Samsung devices. From experience other phones can be very peculiar when it comes to bluetooth. Even under Linux it's works nicely after the first connection with the likes of Clemantine and even other OS running in a VM.The passive noise cancellation is just well designed padding but it's effective and I rarely hear the rest of the family while working, and it's rare for anyone else to hear them too (or they're too polite to comment). Sometimes I've noticed that it can get a little warm while wearing and it's taken a little time to adjust the fit for long-term comfort, but I can be on call for hours at a time. Having the mute active by swinging the boom out the way is good, but can be embarrassing when Teams has also applied a mute as well and I'm not looking at the screen while talking.I previously tried a cheap £15 headset off Amazon, which only lasted a few months before giving up after two replacements. These have been in almost daily use for a month and no complaints or issues yet. And based on previous experience with LiGo if anything odd should happen I have no doubts they'd sort it quickly too

We are currently looking for open office headphones that will block out loud projectors in our company. We watched many videos by the Headset Advisor and picked these to start with. They are incredibly comfortable, and make the audio on the users' computer very clear and crisp. However, they are still picking up and accentuating our loud talkers in the office. We have reached out to customer service to return and try a different set, but customer service has been lack-luster at getting back to us or being helpful. This headset lost a star for not combatting the background noise, and another star for lack of customer support. What good is a 30 day money back guarentee if customer service takes days to respond to your email, and it's not even helpful or getting us ... Pros: great mic quality…When you power them on, you’re informed of battery status (high, med., low)comfortable over-ear headphones…easy to fold-up mic…great anc in the earphonesCan be used via blue-tooth or plugged directly into your phone/computerCons: ‘on’ear headphones might not fit as secure as ‘over’earwhen the mic-boom is down, it feels like it should kind of lock-in to place, but it feels a little lose. When talking into the mic, it sounds like there might be a slight amount of background white-noise.Conclusion: great mic quality, versatile, light-weight. These are neck-and-neck with the Orosound Tilde Pro.
Like many of the reviews on the Headset Advisor site for the Jabra Evolve2-75. I am very pleased with the quality and performance of this headset after only 3 weeks of use. The overall build seems to be of quality with user comfort top of mind. It's been some time since I have used over-the-ear headphones, so the transition and feel from that of in ear buds took a few days to get used to. The ANC feature works exceptionally well, with my online contacts confirming minimal background noise, as well as great mic voice pick up and clarity. I also use the headset for listening to music via Spotify, while the sound quality and comfort remain great, I would like to have a slightly higher volume level setting permitted than my voice calls. Perhaps this is something I can achieve via the Jabra app on my iPhone, I still have to explore this. Overall, great quality and performance so far and I am very happy with my purchase. Thanks to the Headset Advisor team and site, keep up the great work! Ps. I ordered the magnetic charging stand also, a great add-on for an efficient and clean workspace.
I love Jabra products, but I am already missing the old version of this headset. They are not as comfortable, the material makes my ears quite hot. I have also had some issues with Teams integration and automatic audio control/muting when you move the mic. I often have to move the mic up and down in order for the audio in Teams audio to work properly. It's very fiddly. Sometimes too much tech and too many options is more problematic. I would say this is the case with this headset and perhaps unexpected.
I love my Jabra Evolve2 75 MS Teams USB-A Black with Charging Stand for many reasons:- The ability to disconnect from everything that is happening around me due to the ANC is amazing (I almost cannot hear anything happening around me and i can focus on my meetings or just concentrate on what I'm reading or listening to).- The microphone that comes inside the body of the headset without being in my way makes it pretty comfortable- The stand works perfectly: the headset remains charged at all times and it is pleasing to see the headsets due to the elegant nature of the stand. The stand does not take much space from your surroundings, and the magnetic nature of the mechanism makes it very easy and convenient to use100% recommended!
I have had very good experiences with other Jabra headsets in the past, but this product was different. Got a first pair and my voice kept floating in and out during meetings like I was increasing and decreasing volume. Performed trouble shooting with expert support until it was deemed a defective headset. Got a new pair had same problems. Looking online, others are experiencing this as well. Also, mic is hidden but requires you to grab the tip to pull it down from mute. People stated they could always hear when I was muting and unmuting with the mic position. Returning this for a different product.
There are very few products I could possibly say were worth a 12-week wait, but the Jabra Evolve 2 75 is one of them. I was inspired to order one by a combination of experience with a much cheaper Jabra corded product (the Evolve 20), excellent online reviews, and the audio comparison with other SKUs done by Headset Advisor on their YouTube channel. The minute I ordered it, however, it went out of stock. But it did finally arrive 2 weeks ago, and my experience is uniformly positive. The headset is extremely comfortable even for me (I have a very large head), the sound and mix are excellent, and the adaptive noise cancellation is much more than adequate for a general office setting. It will be a couple of months until I can test it on the road. I’m not sure I really ... It will be a couple of months until I can test it on the road. I’m not sure I really believe the advertised battery life, but that is also much more than adequate for an office. As far as I can tell, most people should be either buying something really cheap (they just don’t use it enough), identically the Apple AirPods Pro (and maybe a decent mic) or the tip of the line Jabra in whatever form factor you like best. The mic is not perfect, but it is in the top 5-10% of your Zoom calls, and works even when you are away from your desk. If you really are podcasting, I’m sure you would prefer a dedicated and better mic, but for most other people I’m really not sure. And versatility is why this is actually worth waiting and paying for. It would be a steal for a real sale price, which we’ll only see when they can keep the SKU in stock.
I work from home full time and usually have one to three meetings per day. I also access a computer using screen reading software which means I'm wearing these pretty much the entire work day. The on-ear pads are very comfortable. There's a wide range of adjustment which is really nice. My only minor gripe is that while not pinching much on the head, I get just a little bit of discomfort where my glasses sit on my ears by the end of the day sometimes. Given the way the headband is built in the middle, I'm not confident how far I could try to bend them outwards to deal with this. That said, they are very comfortable to wear 99 times out of 100. I sometimes share my home office space with my wife and she can be having a normal conversation behind me and while I can hear her, I'm not distracted and can't really hear what she's saying. The noise cancellation provided by the microphone is great. I played a few recordings of myself and I don't hear any background from our furnace running or my dog rolling around in the background. No one has ever complained about background noise on calls with me. I have the USBC variant and connect it to my work computer through a dock. I've never had any connectivity issues. To summarize, I can highly recommend these if you are looking for a comfortable set that you can wear all day, don't need active noise cancellation in the speakers, and are looking for a wired headset.
