Jabra Talk 45 Bluetooth Headset (Black)

I've been using for a couple of weeks now. Make sure you charge it for 3-4 hours to get the maximum talk time out of it. I like the convenience however, if you try to adjust the earpiece while talking to a customer, You may accidently push the button on the outside of earpiece. A recorded voice will come on, telling you how much talk time you have left. This would be fine except as the voice is talking, it mutes the caller. By the time it finishes talking, you've missed part of the conversation then you hear the caller saying hello? hello? are you there?...The button on the outside of the earpiece is the only thing I didn't enjoy about this.

I've had the Jabra Talk 45 for just over a year now and it is a great little headset. It's compact, fits all ear sizes, and has options for in-ear or over-the-ear positions. I'm a very petite woman and my ears don't comfortably fit most headsets, but I don't find any discomfort with this headset. The sound is clear, but the connection doesn't go very far from the device - I use this in my office (connected to my computer), and when WFH (connected to my cell phone) and if I step out of my office to go to the communal printer (about 10 feet from my desk) or step into my kitchen at home to freshen my coffee (about the same distance) the connection becomes spotty. I'm also pleased that this can connect to multiple devices at one time - I usually have my personal cell and work phone or computer connected to the headset at the same time. The transition between each is seamless and if I take a call on my cell while listening to music on my computer, the music doesn't interrupt the call at all. I used to have 8+ hour battery life (fully charged) when the headset was brand new which would last me throughout my workday (8-10 hour days), but I'm finding I'll only get about 6-7 hours now. I do use this headset almost every day of the workweek, but feel the battery life is not as sustainable as it should be at only a year old.

Ive had this earpiece about a week now. This is the 3rd earpiece Ive ordered from Stationery Packs in the last couple of weeks. The first two were rubbish sound quality for the people I was talking to, so they went back. This one, the Jabra 25, is great. Smaller than I was expecting, which is a bonus, especially these days with wearing masks. It doesnt get dislodged at all when putting a mask on and off.I liked the features of Jabras newer earpieces, but the reviews werent so good.Having tried several earpieces, I have decided that I must have quite small ears inside. Its not gone flat yet, but I do charge it up every evening.Sound quality is great for both sides of the conversation, which in my experience is unusual. Phone calls with people who are usually quite critical, have been very impressed with the clarity of the calls. Range is okay as long as you are in direct sight of your phone, but put a wall, or part wall, in between and connectivity is lost. A bit of a pain when I move from my desk across the hall to the kitchen. Unfortunately the earpieces that I have found that cope with walls the best have poor sound quality. Im not convinced that its got a 30 metre range, but Ive definately been able to move 1520 metres away with nothing between it and the phone before the dreaded disconnected voice notification.I did have a slight problem when I first started using it because Siri didnt work with it. Holding the button for two seconds just resulted in Siri coming into action for a split second and then going off. After Googling I discovered this was an iPhone problem that is solved by switching the phone off and back on. That resolved the issue and its been fine since. You only need to do this once.I did find it annoying that if you are on a call, Google Maps directions speak over your conversation. Id assumed it would mute, like music should, but it doesnt. You can stop Google map directions from coming through the earpiece all together, which I have now done.I downloaded the app, but I havent found it particularly useful.

The battery life is generally enough to get me through a day or two with perhaps 2 to 3 hours of calls, that being said it is turned off between shifts, and I do occasionally turn it off and charge it in the car while travelling between sites. I couldnt find a way to get the ear hooks provided to fit comfortably, but despite having quite an active job Ive had no problems with it falling out of my ear with no hook attached except when accidentally knocked. That being said, I wouldnt have minded having the option to fit an inear rubber ear hook as part of the base package, but those seem to be going for about 20 extra currently. It seems to stay connected through a light obstruction or two, Ive not had any Bluetooth connectivity issues so far. All in all, it has met my expectations and has made my working life somewhat easier.

This Jabra Talk 45 Bluetooth earpiece is the best I have ever used. I've tried many different quality brands and models, including other Jabra models and this one is the most comfortable and clear voice and sound quality for the user and receiver even when in a noisy environment. Great value for money.

JabraTalk 45 does the job

I purchased talk45 after going through a lot of reviews . It is a good product in terms if what I am using it for. It has an impressive design and light weight . The only issue is about the ear clip which some will find as a bit difficult at the start but it was ok and keeping the thing in place whatever you do. It has an impressive battery life of around 6 hours and charges very fast as well. Connection with phone was pretty easy and the voice is very clear . Taking a call or listening to music is all looking very good even at a distance of 3-4 metres from the phone. Overall the product is very good . The only negative I think is the price of the product , when you can get the new ear plug type headphones in a competitive price

Misleading Picture/ Used Product

I ordered this product week. Received it today, only to find out that it did not match the description. It is not silver and orange in color. Its complete black. Surprised to find out that the product which I received had no seals on the box, It was an open box. The Bluetooth earpiece was dirty as it had been used before. The car charger had visible signs of wear and tear as well as use. I did not get a chance to check the quality of the product as such, but the product sent to me was not what I expected. The customer service agent offered me 5% discount for all this hassle which I declined. I will return the package today after travelling 60 KM to the nearest store. Not a very happy situation.

Not for me

I needed an earpiece that could connect 2 phones simultaneously. Unfortunately I had to return this one. I couldnt find any info on this feature prior to purchasing. Im sure its a good item otherwise. I hope this helps others who need two phones connected simultaneously.

Perfect. Just what I was after.

Great device. Happy that it has Multipoint Connection, so therefore I can seamlessly switch between 2 phones without fuss.Sound is very clear, and I love it reading out my messages and email headings as well.Easliy gets me through the whole day.Comments from the people I am talking to, say that my voice is very clear, with very little background noise.

The blue tooth headset that is so light you forget it's there

I went for the jabra headset as the are renowned for good quality headsets after my other headset packed in just over 7 months. Straight away you notice how slim, compact and light the unit is. Self intuitive set up with your phone and it doesn't take long to charge. After set up you can just forget about it as, as soon as you flip the on switch, it connects straight away and confirms this with a voice message. Sound quality both receiving and transmitting is very good. Up to now no problems!
