The brush part of this brush works well - it seems like a more effective brush than the previous one we had from the same company. The singing however, is terrifying. I was expecting a cute song about a bee or something, but it's these weird kids singing in a bizarre rhythm about "this is my TOOTHbrush, yeah it's my, BUZZY brush" and my two year old is scared of it. Then there's the option of having an authoritarian woman tell you which part of your teeth to brush. Unsurprisingly, we use it on the quiet option only.

Absolutely great. The product is nice and of good quality. It is easy to use and my kid is having so much fun that wants to brush her teeth in any moment. Also the auto closure after two minutes is perfect to ensure a good routine. The brush itself is soft and ideal for the younger. Absolutely suggested! My daughter is 6 years old

My daughter was loving this toothbrush but it just stopped working after 2 weeks. I changed the batteries, changed the brush.. nothing. It just stopped rotating. After looking at the negative reviews i realise i am not the only one! Many many people have exactly the same problem after 2 weeks. Waste of money i do nit recommend this product.

I love these toothbrushes! I have a toddler who somehow ended up with several cavities despite nightly brushing, so I knew I needed to up our family's teeth brushing game. Buying this toothbrush has been a great way to do it! I got one for each of my kids and now I have another on the way for myself (the heads are the same size as adult electric toothbrushes, and you can turn off the annoying song, so I thought: Why not buy mine here and get points?) I love that it runs on a timer, so I can make sure my kids are brushing long enough, and the song keeps them entertained, though it is pretty obnoxious and annoying, so I'm glad there is an option to turn that part off. I knew about this brand through their healthy toothpastes. I bought the brush with confidence. It was such a disappointment. Brittles are extremely soft. So soft that they are not doing the job. It is very difficult to replace battery. It is too loud. If you use late night, you can wake up everybody at home. Interestingly disappointin product.
I've bought a total of 3 of these tooth brushes, 1 being a gift because I liked the look of the product- plain with cute stickers. But both of mine broke and I was shocked to hear from the company, when I reached out directly, that they only have a 3 month warranty. I should have contacted consumer affairs because products legally should be fit for purpose for 12 months. I asked pre purchase if I could use rechargeable batteries and was advised yes only to be advised after it broke that I should have used alkaline batteries. They advertise now that they are new and improved - well I hope so for new customers sake. But I wouldn't risk it. I've bought Oral B, wall chargeable, and it's been perfect like my own toothbrush.
My son loves this. Unfortunately, after less than 2 weeks of use the head has stopped rotating. I've tried all of the troubleshooting tips but it still isn't working. It will need to go in the bin, which isn't great for a product that's supposed to help reduce waste.
very disappointed. have now tried two of these as my toddler was so excited to have an electric toothbrush -- both of them broke on the first day of use. the toothbrush is supposed to have a 2 min cycle & these stop working after 10-15 secs. no response from chemist warehouse despite multiple attempts at emailing them
