It can provide lots of emergency power but is still portable for moving around and compact for easy storage. Fast AC charging makes it easy to prepare for power outages. It can provide power to my furnace and indirect hot water heater for 12 hours.

Unable to register manufactures warranty. 5 days of emails and calls unanswered. I don't trust product now. Online review sites all verified my conclusion. Do your homework before purchase to save yourself all the hassle I experienced. Lowes was very helpful in the return though.

It was powerful but I expected the battery to last longer at close to full load at aprox 1800 W for a sound system and outdoor parties I prefer using a gas generator instead

All in one solar generator. Powerful enough the run all necessary appliances/charge electronics.IThis was an easy solution compared to a full solar array. No installation of rooftop solar panels. Simply plug and play. It was on sale, which helped with my decision. I have also done some research on the brand and have found it to be worth the investment.
We like it immensely as this is the 2nd one we bought. The first was a 1500 that we bought 6-22 and had to use due to a blackout for several hours. This can be used inside(for those that may not believe) and run so quiet. Easy to handle. Good quality and product. They are perfect for what we need to run until power is restored. Needed for medical equipment. No need to get out in bad weather to refuel. We live in Louisiana. Really hope don't have to use but glad they are there if the need arises. Compact and we store in the house.
We love our jackery we was camping for one week and was so useful at night with all the lights, charging phone, using our electric stove and small refrigerator! U can use for any specific events and you Can carry everywhere
This model errors ever day and will not charge from solar until the charging cable is pulled out and put back in. Jackery knows about this particular model and there is no fix.I love the unit otherwise but it’s like having your breaker flipped every night.
I like the Jackery product. The power station worked fine but the solar panel broke immediately. The power station worked as expected. Be sure that you are ok with the size and weight of the power station. The solar panel is very long and functions as expected. The problem was that the place where you connect the cord to the panel started separating immediately. I reached out to Walmart immediately who put me in contact with Jackery. I filled out the questionnaire that they sent me and never heard back. I decided that it just wasn’t worth it for me so I returned the unit to Walmart for the refund.
I bought the jackery 2000 and two 200 watt solar panels to start with, when I received the generator it had about 14% charge. And I wanted to see if my 2000 watt gas generator would charge it? that worked great and charged it in about 2 hours.Next I wanted to see how long it would run my full size refrigerator? I ran it for about 14 hours and the jackery 2000 still had 50% power left, Wow!! ImpressiveThe following day I decided to check out the solar panels and see how they worked? and hung them on my garden fence post and were charging at around 360 watts Not bad for just 2 solar panels.I liked it so much I decided to order another Jackery 2000 and 2 more solar panels, and also the splitters and extension cords. I have easy access to my roof and put 4 solar panels up there, And at one point was charging at just over 700 watts. When my finances allow me I will be ordering 2 more solar panels to complete my charge capability.I bought 2 jackery 2000's so I can use One while I'm charging the other one for continious power in case of a power outage, as I live here in Florida
It was what I have been looking for. If something ever happens, you want to stay quite in most cases. Gas generators only tell everyone where you are which will put you and your loved ones at risk.
