Nose: Extremely light oat with sugary notes. A whiff of apple baked good and lemon quintessence. Botanical fruity however at first rather inaccessible. Given a brief period in the glass some rich notes show up. Sense of taste: A delicate rich appearance with notes of vanilla apple and cappuccino. A pleasantly luxurious and honied mouthfeel adjusted by light heat. Finish: Extremely short grain and some follow ethanol harshness that Id call cocoa on a liberal day. The nose is a quintessential mixed Irish bourbon nose all nectar grain and light organic products. It is less characterized than some other Irish mixes however has a charming delicate roundness. It reacts well to resting in the glass building up an astonishing measure of totality after some time. For a ... MoreNose: Extremely light oat with sugary notes. For a mass-showcase mix its really great and Id put it on a similar rack as Dewars 12 Ballantines Best or Good country Dark. As a blender it works very well for sure and any type of weakening appears to open more pleasantness and flavor. Its profoundly drinkable and you wind up naturally going after the container when making a long or blended beverage. Well worth keeping available. It's a normal bourbon truly however taking into account the awesome incentive for cash it offers and its practically all inclusive accessibility and consistency I'm giving it a marginally higher rating. Above Average : 3 stars

Nose: The alcohol stands out. There is some apple, banana and pear. As the drink settles, fresh wood and a slightly floral tone appears. Not much character.MOUTH: Little body, it is perceived as soft and watery. Gradually the flavors are released: vanilla, caramel, anise and mint. Medium sweetness.FINAL: Spicy and long persistence. Pear and butter cookie are noticeable in the aftertaste. The deja vou is remarkably dry.SUMMARY: A light, watery, simple whisky, but with a strong, spicy finish and balanced sweetness. Ideal for sharing with friends at a gathering or for everyday use.

Have Been Drinking Jameson Original 80P for Many. Many Years!! IT IS EXCELLENT!! Whether On the Rocks or Mixed with my favorite Ginger Ale with a lemon, IT IS THE BEST!!! When I went on vacation to Myrtle Beach with about 100 golfer friends, I actually Had Shots of YOU JAMESON 'GOLD' and that was Amazing..I Wish You Guys still made it!!! I've asked several times and even called the establishment that we had it, (Molly Darcys) in Myrtle Beach for them to send me what they had left, but to NO avail!!! I Will Continue to to Drink Your Products!!! THANKS!!!
There's a reason this is the best-selling Irish whiskey in the world. Jameson is always reliable in terms of great flavor. It's history is known. It's bottle is classic. It's profile is one of the most enjoyable. It never fails to be great neat, on the rocks, or in a cocktail. Do yourself a favor and pour yourself a dram with loved ones. You will not regret it! My husband drank Crown RoyalMy husband drank Crown Royal Reserve religiously for years. One time we were in a bar in north Florida the bartender asked him if he ever tasted Jameson and upon finding out he hadn't, gave him a shot glass of Jameson (original). It was love at first taste. Hubby could not wait to finish off his Reeserve so he could have Jameson on hand as his drink. This was years ago, and he has never changed his mind about his choice of liquor. Over the years he has told many Irish Whiskey drinkers about Jameson. When a good friend told him his new grandson was named Jameson he told him he would always remember that kid's name for sure!!!
Irish Whiskey: triple distilled, lighter the scotch, more fruit. I do not like Jameson. Like telling my daughter about broccoli you have to try things a few times to know if you like it. I don’t like this product. One guy tried telling me Jameson is “true Irish whiskey”. I smiled and said Viva La France. He asked me what I was talking about. I told him my Tacoma was made in KY…..did that make it an American car company? He correctly said No. I told him his “Truly Irish” dram is owned by the French. 😞
We (me and my friends who like this product as much as i do ) drink it weekly and it's my go to choise. When there is a discount on it why buy a few and have it till the next discount and then the cycle continous.Soothing taste, very easy going, good to drink neet, on rocks or in a drink. In summary however you like Jameson will work with it.It's a very good whiskey to start getting into whiskeys.I have recomended it to few persons who wanted to try whiskey for the first time and always had great results.Personaly i think it's just because irish whiskey is superior in comparison to other types.I am not 21 in poland we can drink when we hit 18
A beverage always kept on hand in our friend group! Pairs well in a variety of cocktails/mixed drinks, but just as good served neat! A neutral taste that does not lack in the flavor department with that delicious bold whiskey flavor you crave. Some personal favorites that I enjoy most when made with Jameson include a simple whiskey sour or mixed with your favorite cola. But we tend to be experimental with our beverages, we’ve paired this whiskey with countless mixers and each one is as good as the last! You really can’t go wrong with Jameson!
Jameson Triple Distilled is an indictment of the Whiskey Industry and the consumer's willingness to be led by popular opinion instead of their own flavor journey. I will never say that it's a bad whiskey. But I will also never be heard saying that it is anything approaching great - or even good! Just read the reviews here - it is indicative of the kind of people who enjoy Jameson. Soulless and hardly helpful. People say it's 'smooth' and 'easy drinking'...the same can be said for WATER.Ask them what can be found on the nose - they won't be able to distinguish any discernable notes worth mentioning. Ask them what is to be discovered on the pallet - and there'll be less information forthcoming than the nose. For the asking price, or cheaper, I can mention at least ... The Pogues. Aerstone - Sea Cask, Tamnavulin and Tullamore D.E.W ...even William Lawsons, Paddy and Bells offer a more exciting tasting experience than the pricier Jameson.I have given it all the attention it deserves and have come to the conclusion that it is simply not my idea of a good whiskey. I am happy for those who enjoy it and swear by it but I'm sure they are the kind of people that cannot hold a conversation beyond wats happening with their favorite Premier League Soccer team.
