In removing the inner rack you have to be careful not to burn the side of your hands on the handles of the outer rack. Will investigate some silicon grip for handles BUT disappointing I need to go find these. It’s a reasonable size I would think fits most standard ovens. Have cooked butterfly chicken successfully with roast veg under the rack, works well in taking out the rack (have suitable heat proof pan near by) and turning veg. Will cook loin of pork Christmas Day - fingers are X

Best baking dish I have ever used. Absolutely worth the money! You will not regret. So so easy to clean.
Bought the roaster and cooked a beautiful leg of lamb. Meat was cooked evenly all the way around and tender through to the bone. Would highly recommend. All the fat drips to the pan and is so effortlessly and easy to clean.
Great product. Roasting rack works well and being able to brown on the stovetop before roasting is handy.
The handles on the pan are quite high. It meant I had to take out another shelf in the oven.
This plan is worth its weight in gold. I already own this product and have had it for 4 years. I have used it many many times and it is still in perfect condition. I had to buy another one as my second pan just wasn’t up to the same standard as the Jamie Oliver Tefal. Highly recommend!!
Really happy with this. We’ve used it everyday since we bought it. We use it on the stove top and in the oven. Light weight and perfect size for us.
It is what it says on the box. Light. Would be good if they listed the internal and external sizes though.
