These are the best tasting vitamins I've had to date. I purchased these a few years ago and continue to purchase them. The chocolate taste is light and there is minimal residual chalky texture that comes from some of the harder chewable vitamins. They have minimal smell and are a good price

My husband and I actually used the orange flavour for years, but switched to exotic tropical fruit flavour recently. I like all things citrus, but since I take before bed I find the fruit flavour a bit more compatible with toothpaste. Health Canada recommends 400 IU vitamin D for those over 50. I'm not quite there, but since I spent most of the last 8 years in bed with depression, our pharmacist recommended. Vitamin D, along with calcium, is important for bone health. Jamieson is the main vitamin brand in Canada and I wish they would make a product that matches the 400 IU recommendation instead of a product with 2.5 that amount, especially since vitamin D is lipid soluble.
I don't have the chewable flavored ones, but I do have the tablets you swallow with the same IU.I don't get out much since I work from home and if I'm honest, if I could help it, I would stay indoors forever. I am extremely pale as a result. I take 2 every day since it is winter time and it's extremely cold to even think about going outside for sun and during summer when I go out more often I take 1 every day. I've got to say that ever since taking these, (knock on wood) I haven't gotten sick. Even when my husband got sick and I was near him a lot during that time, I didn't catch any of what he got. Haha I feel so invincible with these!
I've been purching this product for the past 3 years but in the past 6 months I've noticed that the formulation of the chewable vitamin d has changed. It is actually difficult to chew. It's rock hard even though I have received several different lot numbers. I am looking for a suitable replacement
