Small bookshelf or rear surround speakers. I'm a repeat customer of Jamo speakers. I have now and have owned many speakers from them and will continue to. They are intermediate entry level and that's all I need. They have great sound quality and are very nicely finished. They are definitely not low quality and although they may not be up to some "audiophile's" standards or what is called "reference" speakers, they have amazing sound quality and with a good setup, they are plenty loud enough. I'm not trying to go deaf or have the authorities at my place. They are perfect for my needs. I've owned many different speakers of differing brands, price points, and for various applications and these are some of the best.

Currently use these as rear speakers. They are way better than my previous satellite speakers but do leave a little to be desired. The 803s may be the better option if you have a bigger place where they can fit into otherwise these work good.

The speakers (walnut) look gorgeous and match our other walnut furniture. The cover is vinyl and not wood veneer, so it won't age the same way our furniture will age and time will tell if their color will fade or not.The sound is very clear. Right amount of bass and treble.The shipping packaging is very poor. Not enough padding. Standing speaker arrived with a big hole in the box with a minor scratch mark on the speaker. Bookshelf speaker, however, had a dent on the edge and a rattling noise when shook. That one is sent back for replacement as it has a ringing noise due to loose debris inside.Overall pleased with them.

Very nice sounding speakers I hooked them up to my vintage stereo system to play records now ordered their base speaker to add . Great product for the price small and compact
This is a really good product at the price I paid for it, good sound, nice cabinets, for small room this is a fine setup. Do not expect large audiophile type sound from these, but they werent designed to do that. If you add a small subwoofer, the sound becomes a lot better. Placement is important with these speakers, tweeters have to be at ear height; without the subwoofer they have to go flat against the wall to get a fair bass response. Overall, really nice speakers, at their price point.
Sounds great for a 4? woofer. Would be better with front port. Looks just as cool as the other ones.
They have a pretty good frequency response. Slight boost in treble but not as much as the 809 towers (which are too bright). These are good for the price. They image very well too.
Nice set of bookshelf?s which was purchased with a set of S 809 towers and center channel. I?m in the process of upgrading the receiver as the rear surrounds are not getting as much power from my 20+ year old receiver. Double digital 5.1 still sounds amazing!
I am disappointed with the sound quality of these speaker. I bought them to improve my tv speakers but they are just louder. Also the IR sensor becomes very irresponsive after not using the remote control for a few minutes. It seems like the IR sensor goes to sleep and it takes a lot of pushing of the remote control buttons to wake it up. I tried using new batteries for the remote control and I don't see any improvement. I've also done several times a factory reset which helps with the problem for some minutes, but the unresponsiveness of the continues after that.
I bought these and the other 3 pieces (center and front) on sale. At their sale price, a great choice. At full list, maybe. The vinyl wrap looks decent. Really enjoying the sound upgrade, especially at the sale price.
