I am more than happy with my purchase. I have used my old Janome for more than 20 years. There have been a few minor issues with it lately, so I decided to up-date and shop with Sew Much Easier. I was a bit worried about buying a computerised machine but it has been very easy for me to learn. The old machine had a front loading bobbin but the new one is drop in bobbin. I had always been advised in shops ‘to stick with what you are comfortable with’, but it is such a simple procedure. Amazing! I also love the fact that I don’t always have to unthread the machine, because I need a new bobbin. I haven’t tried out all the stitches yet. It’s something that I am still looking forward to. My Old Janome served me well for 20 years, a minor mechanical problem and I took it to the local Janome repair mechanic, and he told me that the part needed was 3/4 price of a new one because Janome are always updating and improving. So I bought this under advice....my God, it does everything except drive my car. Exceptional machine, Exceptional performance, Exceptional technology..... most of all, it does more than I expected.....remember that it has been 20 years since I had an upgrade model. Used it immediately and haven't stopped. Thank you very much.

I've never used a sewing machine in my life before this. Great functionality and options. Simple instruction manual makes it very easy to figure out how to operate the machine and which stitches to use. Excellent value for money.
It is surprisingly light and I found it fairly easy to use.
Bought this product to help my wife with her idle hands. So far instead of telling me to do housework, she is asking me about fabric lengths. Best investment now I get some free time to myself. Thanks again!
I have used a Janome before it lasted for over 30 years I was very happy with it ,this is the reason I had to have another one I do hope that it will be just as good .
Love it, easy to use. This is my first Electronic Machine and I did not know how I would go but no worries. Have only used the basics and it is great have to get around to trying all the wonderful things it does, would recommend it to anyone
