Fabulous net. I am using it for bird rescues in my area (Bribie Island). I like the rubber netting with small holes so as not to injure bird feathers. Only downside I feel is it could have had a longer handle 😬

My first use of this net was on the first trip after receiving it. It successfully accommodated an 80cm flathead (released after measuring and lure removal). I fish in salt water so I replaced, with stainless steel screws, the two tiny non-stainless screws holding the net ring in place. Easily stored, easy to lengthen, even one-handed. Great for the solo fisho!

I bought this for my 11yr old son for Christmas. It’s perfect for him with the extendable handle and is light weight enough for him to manage easily. He’s a keen young fisherman already and absolutely loves this gift!

Although the colorful lorikeet was too fast & smart for us to catch, the net is a great product, especially the telescopic handle length and strength. 3 days of chasing the bird on the high beams of our classroom ceiling, even with wildlife rescue, it finally disappeared overnight. 3 days of the little dog barking drove us crazy. All is well now and the click and collect customer service and store staff on the telephone were fab. We are ready for any future birdies flying into our factory height ceilings.
Landing net arrived broken. Was not suitably packaged for the item. Contacted seller by email and did not receive a response. Contacted seller by phone and was advised they would take the matter up with the courier. That was two week ago. Nothing since. Was considering purchasing other items but not after this experience
I got this net recently. First fish a 4lb yellowbelly and it broke. The rear handle section relies on a flimsy brittle bit of plastic to take the weight. Hopeless. The whole front section and fish nearly fell into the river. Not fit for purpose.
Brought the 'Jarvis Walker Deluxe Telescopic Landing Net' to catch large Koi and it worked a treat!Good value and net is sturdy, good size and great quality.
good size net/handle but has 2 major issues: 1. telescoping handle doesn't "lock" very well and 2. the "rubberrised mesh" snags every hook that gets close to it.
