JBL PRX915

This speaker was an expensive mistake for us. We had the prx515 for 10years performing 70 shows per year and they were awesome. We bought two 915's and they are weaker, clip easier and shut down due to dsp. To Heck with dsp! We want speakers that work!!!

We perform many shows in front of 500-1000 people. We used to use prx515 and they were awesome. One died after 10yrs and no parts available. We bought these 915's to replace the 515's. They are much weaker, they clip easily and shut down. JBL customer service is no help. We used the prx 515 we had still and it blew away the 915's!!!!!! Do not buy these speakers because they will clip and shut down, the software is buggy and they will be much weaker. This is after 4 disastrous shows using the 915's. We are done with them and save yourselves!!!!!!

I bought these to replace my 10 inch qsc k10.2s. In myMind I just imagined that they should be better..I mean 5 inches better...they're JBLS..plenty of power...nope total let down. You can not crank these...and even if you did they sound terrible...I didn't mess with the eq too much bit I never have to with my qscs. I ended up returning them and getting the K12.2s.
